We plan on eating here, I was wondering if there are better tables to sit at, than others? Should I request a certain view?
What times is the last seating for Lunch?

All of the rooms have no direct viewing of anything outside. So the room request doesn't really matter to us. Lunch crowds seem to be higher at opening. Around the 2:00 time would be nice for crowds and a great break from the weather.

I read somewhere you can watch the chef in action, and I was wondering where the best table was. Maybe I thinking of another restaurant?

All tables are equal. The chef cooks in front of each table of 8 just as they do at Benihana. My kids and DW love this restaurant. If you by chance go for dinner make sure to have a PS that allows enough time to finish your meal before Illuminations begins. The view from Japan is very good.

You are seated at a table (either privately or with another group dpending on your size) and each table has a private chef who comes and makes all your food at the table. Every single table at this restaurant is like this and that's why it's not important which table you're seated at. It's a great dining experience on every level, no requests necessary.

Thanks guys,

That's the answers I was looking for.

Good day
