Never been to Teppan Edo. I am a picky eater but is it worth it to eat at this restaurant?

My boyfriend and I are also eating at:

Ohana
Boma
Whispering canon
Via Napoli
Chef mickeys
Maybe coral reef

Thanks.

I am picky, too. If you ask them not to put something into your food, they won't. I prefer Japanese to Chinese because I like to see what I'm eating. (Love 9 Dragons, though!)
It is a great restaurant and the food is excellent.
Great list you have there. (I love the Coral Reef) We ate at Boma last time and I love it, too. One of the members of our party had a nut allergy and the chef came out and walked him around and pointed out each dish he shouldn't eat. Via Napoli is another good choice. I ate at Chef Mickey's in 1972 when it was called the Contemporary Cafe.

We've eaten at Teppan Edo on our last two trips. The food was very good and the hibachi preparation was a lot if fun. They cooked the meat to order and were very accommodating to individual requests. Based upon your other ADR selections I think you will like it.
Enjoy!

Ate at Teppan Edo the last two trips and love it there! We are booked there for our arrival night in November. I must say that I got the same thing both times... Asakusa combo (steak and shrimp) and I cleared my plate in 2012 and I never eat all of my food, I get full fast. In 2013 it looked like I barely touched my food and I really don't think they've added more because they have it all portioned out after ordering. It was plenty of food for us both times.. Some will say its not enough but I think they are generous with the meat! It is so good!!!! :thumbsup2
