Both DH and I are huge teppan-yaki fans. We appreciate seeing the food cooked right at our table, we enjoy seeing the show (at our local place, they start out with a huge fireball that you can feel from literally across the dining room! But then, I tend to really enjoy fireplay stuff like that! ), and the food is always out of this world.
It's the one place where Fish, my DH, will actually eat his veggies!

I am a fan of fried rice but I am a bigger fan of udon noodles and so if there isn't fried rice at Epcot, oh well. At our local teppan-yaki, we get soup (a broth with mushrooms, very mild but really good), salad (with an orange-ginger dressing), fried rice, udon noodles, and veggies in addition to whatever meat you order (everything from salmon and lobster to steak, chicken and shrimp). For this, it's about $35 per person. The chef will do a show and interact with the people (like tossing an egg into a woman's, er . . . 'neckline' and flipping shrimp pieces into people's mouths). Oh, I forgot, we also get two sauces, one which is ginger and soy based and one which is creamy and I suspect fish based, though it's not really fishy. They call it yum-yum sauce

and it really is yummy!
We'll be using our dining plan credits at Teppan Edo but we may order stuff on the side if we really want it. Frankly, I could do without the salad! DH really likes his fried rice, I wonder if we can get it as a side. We'll see, I guess!
