Teppan Edo Walk up

We are changing a reservation and would like to try Teppan Edo Hibachi. There are no reservations available right now. What has been your experience with walk up/no reservation? Good chance or no chance?

We are changing a reservation and would like to try Teppan Edo Hibachi. There are no reservations available right now. What has been your experience with walk up/no reservation? Good chance or no chance?

I would say a lunch is doable, a dinner with a wait, if it's a weekend for dinner I would expect to wait quite a while. Even with a reservation we've had wait times there before.

My kids want to do this every time we are there, and we have our reservation all ready for later in the month.

For dinner I would say not much of a chance. We had friends who were trying to also get a Teppan Edo res for their trip, couldn't get it nor get a walk up. When are you going?
