Teppan Edo or Chefs de France?

We're already doing Tutto and Le Cellier isn't available, so I think I've narrowed it down to Chefs or Teppan. It is for 2 adults.

What do you think? I like both menus.

I would pick Chefs because we can get great Japanese food locally BUT both places are fantastic!

Let me give you more info.
We do have a local Japanese place that is great, but we've only gone once.

I'm a little concerned about how comfortable Dh would be at Chefs. He's very...um...casual. So I'm a little worried he'll feel out of place. But he usually doesn't care. But I think the Chefs menu and overall experience appeals more to me.

Been to Teppan several times--just so so. We've got about ten places here in Nashville, even better. We're trying Chefs this upcoming trip. Bon Appetit mon amie!

I was torn with this decision, too.

I ended up picking Chefs. We go to Japanese places at home frequently.
