Teppan Edo Opinions

We couldn't think of a place to go for our "date night" (my parents are watching my daughter) so we decided on Teppan Edo. We go next week!! Is it good? I love love love Hibachi so I'm guessing I will like it. Are the portions about the same as normal hibachi places not in WDW? Are you allowed to share?

I remember it being very comparable in quality and quantity to Benihana.

It's very good and better than Benihana IMHO. TE is a must-go every trip! Enjoy!

We really did enjoy it, but we favor the hibachi places like we have here at home. The steak was good and we wouldn't have issue eating there again. We had plenty to eat, but it was not as much as what we have gotten outside of Disney.

IMHO, the food was really salty and the "show" was a bit lackluster. If you've had good hibachi, you might be disappointed.

We are average eaters and we thought Teppan Edo was not as generous portion-wise, so I would not suggest sharing. We thought the food was good.

It is very comparable to the Hibachi style restaurants in Japan. The food is good, and the CMs are wonderfully polite.

We very much enjoy it, though its pretty on par with other hibachi places. One thing to be aware of is they do not make fried rice to order, it is brought out to each person in a bowl. Sharing is also possible. My daughter and I split our meal last time.

I didn't find it to be a lot of food. I would order your own meal. It was very good but not any better than our hibachi place at home.
