Teppan Edo F&W Saturday Night

Things worked out so that our Epcot day is a Saturday during F&W, I know not ideal. We have a ppo Breakfast at GG and plan to mostly stay in FW. I have a 6pm ADR for Teppan Edo that evening. So tell me how bad will it be? We'd like to have dinner and look around the Japan pavilion and probably leave the park after. Any other WS visiting will be done right around 11-12, I don't really plan to hang out once the crowds start to build.
Is it a terrible idea to have a WS ADR at that time? I'm considering moving my reservation (If one opens) to Sunday night after our AK day since it might be less hectic. Opinions?

I would think being in Teppan Edo at 6pm on a Saturday night would be much more calm than walking around WS at that time.

I don’t see a huge problem if you plan on being done with the booths by afternoon.
