Teppan Edo DP question

Moderator- please move if this is in the wrong place.

We have a dinner booked at Teppan Edo (very excited to try). We are on the DDP and while the menu seems quite yummy- the deserts don't. Are we able to substitute Apps for Desert on the DDP at Teppan Edo?

No. You cannot substitute apps for dessert anywhere on DDP unless someone is giving up a LOT of pixie dust.

Restaurants that allow a dessert swap provide a cup of soup or side salad (not a menu app). Not sure TE does this.

I thought the same thing about the desserts there .... But.... I tried the green tea mouse cake and it was sooooo good - basically was like a light strawberry shortcake - delicious!

We're always too full for dessert anyways. But I agree the choices are not the best.

I had the ginger chocolate cake and honestly, it was quite tasty. I was hesitant at first, but i was pleasantly surprised. When i dined there before, they had the green tea creme brulee/pudding, it was really good! I see they now have a green tea cheesecake.....my two fave flavours! I'd love to try this one. I'd give one of these a try...you might be surprised and like them.
