I've eaten at Teppan Edo once before, and from what I remember, only 8 fit around a table...does anyone know if there is a larger table that I may not have seen?

Thanks! :goodvibes

They will squeeze all of you at one table esp. if some of the group are children.

I must've been exhausted last night, because there are 11 of us, not nine. However, I will call the restaurant directly and check. Thank you!!!

We were 10 on our last trip (4 kids though, ages 2,5,6,and 8) and they squeezed us into 1 table at our request. It was a little cramped though. And I think my cousin (the 2 yr old) sat on my aunt's lap.

I am SO very glad I came across this thread as I wanted to know this! There are 9 of us - including 3 children (2, 3 & 5) so I will keep my fingers crossed this works out for us!
Thanks again!

(and sorry for gatecrashing the OP thread!)

we had ten, and put the 1yo in the high chair on the corner... it was a tight-ish squeeze... not sure how they will handle eleven...

1) The tables are not adjustable.
2) I have seen nine people, HOWEVER, there were several children.
3) You cannot extend the table, just squeeze extra chairs.
4) With lots of kids, you might get to 10 with a shoehorn and highchairs.
5) I have never seen 11 people at a table.

NOTE: A group of eleven will probably be split. So, one part of the group will be seated with people other than group members (aka, strangers).

My guess is we would be split, based on these posts. There are 6 adults and 5 kids (4-10 years). However, that won't sit well with my mom. My parents are taking us on this trip (my family and my brother's family), and they really want us to have dinner together each night. Maybe we can squeeze in lunch one day :thumbsup2 instead.

you might find yourselves split at more than teppan edo... we were a group of eleven and we were split at coral reef, primetime and somewhere else that i cannot remember...

I agree
we were split at Coral reef (side by side though), Tusker House (tables were front and back), and that was it.
We were seated together at Le Cellier, Chef Mickey's, Teppan Edo, 1900 Park Fare, and Whispering Canyon Cafe.

We sat 11 at a table in April of 2009. There were 4 kids (6, 5, 3.5 and 1.5) only 1 in a highchair, plus 4 big guys. It was not a problem, a little snug, but we are family so we made it work. When I scheduled the ADR I simply made a request that we all be at one table. Have fun!!
