I hear Tepan Edo in Epcot was outstanding. However, after looking at the menu I don't know if my kids would eat. Has anyone ever requested and received kid american fare here? Does anyone have any suggestions.
Thanks

I wish I could help you. We will be eating there this Sept. I am fortunate that my 3 year old likes chicken, veggies, and noodles. I believe if your kids will eat that then the chefs will cook it plain without the spices and sauces.

Since they cook everything on the hibachi in front of you, I don't think they have chicken nuggets or anything like that. Someone asked a similar question a couple of weeks ago, and I think that the responses were that the only child offerings were smaller portions of the adult meals.

We ate there last year when it was Teppanyaki, and I think the kids' veggies were mixed veggies instead of the adult veggies.

My son is a pretty picky eater and he had no problem here. It was just basically cooked chicken breast. Actually he had the chicken and steak.

I think because it is cooked in front of the kids and there is such a production, they are more likely to eat it!

I asked this question last week, and the answer seemed to be "no." We are going anyway.....keeping our fingers crossed that our daughter will try something.;)
