Here is my current plan based on last year’s hours as well as total guesstimations as far as assuming that the WoC will be open. I have looked at last year’s grad night hours etc. I am totally open to any and all feedback. :flower3:

Possibly driving straight through on 6/12- booked the PPH for one night. :woohoo:

Our dates are 6/13-6/18 in a 2 bedroom villa at the GC. :woohoo:

I called DVC to see if I could add on that Friday night but remember why we were leaving as it would cost 80 vacation points. :faint: No way Hose A.

Sunday 6/13: DL: 8-mid DCA: 10-10
• After groceries/check in, arrive in Disneyland about 3 pm. :lovestruc
• On way to DL, through GC entrance grab a FP for Soarin’, find a CM near WoC and check out what time we need to be there to get "show passes". Thanks S.S.
• DL from 3-7:30
• DCA for WoC at 8 or earlier to save a place, maybe earlier if need be
• Back to Disneyland from 10ish to midnight, love those last 2 hours in the park :cloud9:

Monday 6/14: DL: 8-mid DCA: 10-10
• DCA by 9:15 for rope drop
• DCA all day
• Dinner at Wine Country then WoC if "show passes" are needed
• Disneyland after DCA closes if we can handle it ;)

Tuesday 6/15: DL: (8) 9-mid DCA:10-10
• Disneyland by (6:30 am :thanks: S.S.) 7:30 for MM at 8 am (7 am)
• Blue Bayou at 11:30 am. :thanks: BlackJack and DisneyMomma!
• F! at night if playing :confused3 Or Fireworks if not showing grad nights. :thanks: Hydroguy!

Wednesday 6/16: DL: 8-9 DCA 10-6 Grad night
• Storyteller’s at 8 am
• DCA for rope drop til about 2:00
• Disneyland for 3:00 parade til close
• Fireworks pixiedust:

Thursday 6/17: DL; (9) 8-9 DCA 10-6 Grad night
• Disneyland by 7:30 (8:30) for (9 am) 8 am opening til about 2ish
• DCA 2:30- close
• Back to Disneyland til closing at 9 pm
• Pack up

Friday 6/18: DL: (9) 8-mid DCA: 10-9
• Disneyland by (8:30) 7:30 for MM at (8 am) 7 am til 10:30
• 11 am check out of DVC/pack car
• Possibly seeing Toy Story 3 in DTD or go to Disneyland or DCA til about 3 pm
• Head to Mesquite for the night

Not sure how many mid-afternoon breaks we’ll take due to having such a limited time.

Any and all questions/comments/concerns are welcome. :goodvibes

Forgot to mention that if we do end up going to Club 33 then this will change somewhat. :thumbsup2

Looks good ~ your accomadations @ GCV sound lovely! Maybe on your start @ DCA days you could actually start @ DL ~ you could easily ride several rides and pick up 2 FPs to use when you visit DL in the evening then hop over to DCA for rope drop. I'll be interested to hear how you tackle WOC.

:thanks: Great idea, we could get in a good hour at Disneyland and grab a FP or two for later in the day. Sweet.

I am so excited about the GCV. :hyper: I stayed at the GCH once for a night and liked it but found the rooms tiny. It will be nice to spread out.

WoC scares the crud out of me and I am guessing we'll have to be there a solid 90 minutes to 2 hours before. :scared1: I chose the 13th as it is a So Cal Select Pass blocked day and it won't play again during our trip other than the 14th and 15th which are open to all passes.

Looks like you will be busy. I thought BB first seating was 1130?

Jack

You might want to check but I think grad night is the 16th and 17th sorhwy will close early on those days..

Disneyland: May 20, May 27, June 3, June 10, June 16, June 17, & June 24

These are the dates I found for grad night. I am not sure what time they close but it does close early for both DL and DCA

I wasn't sure and won't know for 6 days but I am going to ask for the first seating.

My hours reflect that I think; DL closing at 9 pm and DCA closing at 6 pm.

On Wednesday there is a reasonable chance fireworks will not be offered because it is a grad night. If fireworks are important to you it may be a good idea to watch them earlier in the week - "HydroGuy's Fireworks Rule" www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1199851

:thumbsup2 Great to know. Fireworks are a must-do for me!

I will makes changes in red. :)

Tuesday 6/15: DL: 9-mid DCA:10-10

Thursday 6/17: DL: 8-9 DCA: 10-6
DL will probably be opening at 8:00am on Tuesday, June 15.
(Magic Morning would start at 7:00am.)

But it's likely that DL will open at 9:00am on June 17 and 18 (the mornings after the Grad Nights).

The "summer" season should be starting on Friday, June 11, and based on previous years, Fantasmic and Fireworks should be showing nightly.

Based on the 2008 schedule, the Fireworks should be showing at 8:45pm on the Grad Nights on June 17 and 18.

If they decide to require "Show Passes" for WOC, then I would try to get those as early as possible. If WOC opens on June 11, then it would be WOC's opening weekend, and it should make for an interesting event. :earsboy:

The 1st seating @ Blue Bayou will be 11:30am.

:thanks: 11:30 it is. If we end up going to Club 33 then the BB will be out. I can't afford both.

That would rock!!! :thumbsup2

That won't rock! ;)

F! will show on grad nights? Our issue is that we have only 3 late Disneyland nights til midnight and 2 of those have no pass block out days which will make the events packed.

LOVE this! :wizard:

Like how early? Like 3 pm early or like 6 pm early? I am guessing our entire party will need to be there to get "show passes". Great info. It is going to be packed. I actually have no problem waiting for a good seat for parades or F! or fireworks. The people watching cannot be beat.

F! will show on grad nights?
Sorry, I should have been more clear. Based on previous years, F! won't be shown on Grad Nights.

At this time, we don't even know if they're going to require Show Passes for WOC. If they require Show Passes, I'm sure the DL forums will have plenty of info! :thumbsup2

Like when the park opens ~ it'll be like a FP when they're gone for the day that's it. And no not everyone would have to be there, if your park entrance media (park hopper/AP) has been scanned at either park a runner should be able to get show passes for your group.

If this is the case, then we will be forced to see it on a non-block out day :scared1: or arrive Saturday night by driving straight thru from Utah on Saturday and staying at a Disney property using an AP discount or staying off-property, preferably at the HoJo, which I am sure is booked. :surfweb:

The plot thickens.

The was a previous thread eluding to having the WOC in the FP machines at GRR and they would dispense until all gone. This would start when the park opened. There was also something to the effect that if you were staying at the Villas or GCH you would get them as a perk or there may be a show package at AG for dining kinda like "F".
It will be nice when they publish the info.

:thumbsup2 Good info, it will be interesting as it unfolds. Of course I am loving the GCV perk idea.

What is AG?

I'm hoping the AG seating ~ assuming it happens ~ is available to all onsite guests not just GCH & Villas.
