So here's a question I can't find an answer to: How do you redeem an ADR? Is there a separate line, like for FastPass? How does that part work, exactly??

It's just like a regular reservation at a real-world restaurant. You'll check in at the host stand at the front of the restaurant ideally 15 minutes before your ADR time and then be seated with your party. If they aren't ready to seat you, you'll give them your phone number and they'll text you when your table is ready. Hopefully you'll actually get seated at the time you have a reservation, but they might be running behind depending on how busy it is and if they're understaffed. At BOG during a very crowded spring break we had a 7:40 reservation, were seated at 7:55, ordered around 8:20, and got food around 8:50. I think we finally got out of there around 9:30.
The difference between a regular restaurant and a Disney restaurant (besides the prices!) is that at somewhere very popular like Be Our Guest, everyone will have an ADR - your chances of walking up and getting a table for dinner day-of are slim to none. Even someplace like Tony's Town Square is all booked up right now - if I wanted to make a reservation tonight for 7:30 pm tomorrow, the closest I can get with a party of 2 is 8:10 pm.
