Anyone ever had tennis elbow/tendonitis? Ive had it for over 4 weeks now and have been going to physical therapy. Ive been doing the special exercises and putting ice on the area a few times a day. (Ive become pretty adept at balancing an ice pack on my right arm as I DIS.) It seemed to be getting better until the other day, when it really started hurting again. I dont recall doing anything to aggravate it, so Im wondering if this is normal. Ill see my physical therapist again on Monday, but Im wondering if anyone has any suggestions until then.
