Are there tennis courts at any of the resorts? Or anywhere in WDW??

There is also the Disney Racquet Club at Disney's Contemporary Resort. Lots of opportunities to practice your game or even sign up for lessons from a pro. :) Enjoy!

From what I can remember,

Grand Floridian (Clay) .... 2 courts ?
Contemporary (Clay/Hard) has a tennis center .... might just be one surface
Boardwalk Villas (Hard) ... 2 courts ?
Swan/Dolphin (Hard) .... 6 courts ?
Old Key West (Hard) .... 2 courts?
not sure about this one ... Yacht/Beach Club (Hard) ..... 2 courts.

Hope this info helps! We have used the Swan/Dolphin courts and they were in great condition (though not really used by many people)!!!!

You can get lessons or just play with a pro at the Racquet Club at the Contemporary. Michael Dublin is the head pro there and he is "AWESOME"!! We gave our DS12 a lesson for Christmas last Dec. and Michael was great! Our DS loved it and wanted more while we were there. He still talks about it and that is one of the things on his "must do" list for our next trip. I think it was about $50/hr. for the lesson and well worth it. We pay that here at home for private lessons so I was surprised it wasn't more.

We didn't see many people using the courts at any of the resorts when we were there in Dec.

Have fun!

Can you just play - no lesson involved? My dad is coming with us in Oct and he loves to play and for a 60yr old man, very good :sunny: . I was thinking of surprising him with this. Is the fee the same per hr even just to play him? Thanks
