Tennis anyone?

Would we be able to play tennis anywhere on our Western cruise? If so, have you brought your tennis rackets on the airplane? How does this work? I don't suspect they would allow us to carry them on, would they?

I have no clue about tennis on the western itinerary, but I do know that on my last vacation there was a man taking a tennis racket onto the plane. He had to have his stuff searched at the gate for boarding (keep in mind he looked pretty scary), but they did let him take the racket on the plane with him. Hope that helps a bit.
