My family is going on a 7 day west Carribean cruise in January. Does it get chilly/breezy at night on the deck during the pirate show? Wondering if we'll need light weight jackets and/or just long sleeve tops. My daughter complains that she's freezing when it gets below 50 degrees.
Thanks

I would suggest a light jacket or sweater with jeans/slacks if you are going to be on deck in January after sun down.
The pirate show usually has a large crowd of people which will help keep warm. but if you stay after and watch the movie, you will be thankful for a jacket.
Worst case scenario is to use pool towels to wrap over shoulders and legs to keep warm while watching the movie too. :)

It can be a bit breezy out at sea and . Its always good to have a light jacket/sweater/hoodie. Also comes in handy if the air conditioning is to much for you at dinner and for the shows.:flower3:

I've gotten cold on deck in the Caribbean in November, December and January. I've even gotten cold on Castaway cay in early November when the breeze picked up. I'm usually the one complaining about it being hot, so take it as you will.

It most likely won't get below 50, but with the wind it can feel pretty darned cool at night, especially after you adjust to the warm days.
