We leave in 9 days. The weather projection shows highs around 81 and lows in the 60's. I'm thinking the evenings will be way too cold for shorts. So are women wearing jeans all day or are there alot of shorts and capris being worn now?

We were just there 10/9 - 10/16. Temps were high 80s, low 70s most of the time we were there (cooling trend had started 10/14 or 10/15, but not very noticeably cooler). We always pack at least on long pant/long sleeve shirt or jacket for this time of year.

I'm usually warm, so I'm the wrong person to ask (I start wearing shorts when it's consistently above 50 or so). To each his/her own. I'd say kids need long sleeves at least at night...

Jeans/long pants were definitely in the minority while we were in the parks.

when we go in Dec or Jan i wear capris, husband wears shorts 90% of the time, maybe 1 day we need jeans. usually need a sweatshirt/light jacket at least at night. so i think unless it is unusually cold for now, you'll be fine in shorts, capris now with an additonal light weight layer for night time

remember "lows" are in the middle of the night a lot of times

Maybe it's just because I'm from Minnesota, but I've been comfortable in shorts at WDW when the temperature has been in the 60's! Maybe bring a long sleeve t-shirt or light jacket for the evening. I wouldn't want to wear jeans all day!

The low of 60 shouldn't occur til well after midnight. By 9 or 10 p.m. the weather should still be warm enough (70's) for you to be in shorts. Why not store jackets in a locker during the day just in case.

We usually go in November (and will be again in 16 days). I wear shorts and t-shirts all day and stash a light jacket in a locker for the evening. This works very well for me.

I just got back and although it was hot in the day, I was cold at night. I either wore shorts w/ a long sleeve shirt or jeans. I saw a lot of people wearing jeans and capris at night. We always had the last ADR of the night in EPCOT and went out on the Boardwalk at night so I guess it depends how late you are staying out.
