tell me your favorite afforable table service restaurants

In January we had the DDP and ate like kings. This trip in June we are trying to be on a budget. My children are 7 & 3. I will also be about 6 months pregnant and in need of AC during lunch. I'm thinking Liberty Tree or Plaza for lunch at MK. We will also be going to Epcot. We are skipping Hollywood and will only be at Animal Kingdom for a half day. We staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge (got a great bounce back rate). We are open to restaurants on the monorail loop because that is my 3 year son's favorite ride. We will be at WDW for 5 days and 3 of those park days will be at MK. Thank you in advance to my Disney veterans.

Within MK many rave about Skipper Canteen but I'm not sure if it's A/Cd or not.
Over at Epcot you have so many choices within the World Showcase it really depends on what food you like: for instance any of the 3 restaurants at the Japanese Pavilion offer good value for funds spent.

Skipper Canteen has A/C. I practically froze last August! And the food is amazing- going back in May.

We did OOP last trip and did Beaches and Cream, Kona and Via Napoli. They were our cheapest meals but still very good!

We liked Nine Dragons. I know it doesn't get rave reviews, but we really enjoyed it. Olivia's at Old Key West is also fairly inexpensive, for Disney.

The Wave is a new fave of ours. We like Yak and Yeti at AK as we can share a couple apps if we want light meal or cheaper. Beaches and Cream at Beach Club. House of Blues at DS. Via Napoli is a good choice at Epcot though we weren't in love with the pizza. We like to do Spice Road small plates to share but if you get entres there it can be pricey. Hollywood studios would be Sci Fi.

Ahhh with their ages I was going to say 50's Prime Time or Sci-Fi would be perfect, but saw you're skipping Hollywood.
I'm not sure if your kids are picky eaters, but San Angel Inn is my favorite restaurant on a hot day. They can make non-alcoholic smoothies and margaritas (basically a smoothie lol) and it's always the coolest, relaxing place on hot days (AC is always pumping and it's darker inside).

I'm in the process of reevaluating this restaurant having heard good of it's version of some traditional regional dishes like salt and pepper shrimp, and slow cooked pork belly, both dishes not found on typical takeout joints' menu. Also seems to be easy to get ADRs for large and small parties.
My first and only to date experience w/ Chinese food at Epcot was spring or egg rolls courtesy of a food truck outside the China Pavilion; really really bad and we threw them in the garbage after one or two bites.

The Plaza is an excellent choice, and Liberty Tavern is nice as well, just depends if you want more sandwich and milkshakes, or full on meal. We prefer the Plaza. Also consider Sunshine Seasons at Epcot. It is indoors, and the food selection is excellent, no need to make an ADR, go when you need to - it is Counter Service, so therefore you can also save a little bit here and get mix and match food items to share or whatever. You can do this with the Resorts on the Monorail Loop as well. If you'd rather not have Table Service all the time, Their Quick services are excellent. We especially like the Contemporary, (they have great cupcakes too!). Also its worth noting that their are quick services at MK that are indoor with AC and you can definetly find respite, like Columbia Harbor House, Pinocchios Village House, others, like the France place. Also, Pizzafari or Restaurantasaurus in AK.
Kona Café was a nice pick someone mentioned above.
I would hesitate on the Beaches and Cream idea some gave, as I'm betting at 6 months pregnant in June, even an extra 5-10 min. walk outside the park at the farther gateway, may not be something you feel like doing. I get that there's a boat, but it's still not the same as going to a place in the park, when it's hot and youre already walking around a lot.

Liberty Tree is a great meal! Via Napoli at EP has very good pizza if your kids like that.

Dh and I thought nine dragons was great! I’m kind of picky but I forced myself to try everything I ordered. The honey sesame chicken was delicious as was the chicken dumpling soup! We also liked that it was quiet because there weren’t as many people in there.
