Tell me your absolute hands down fav food at WDW

4)At Akershaus in Norway, on their cold buffet there is this cabbage salad, it's so wonderful, it has orange zest in it - totally not what your tastebuds are expecting and wonderfully delightful! WANT THIS RECIPE!

This is my husband's favorite as well. Does anyone know if they are open now? We are going the week after Thanksgiving and he looks forward to eating here everytime. The last time we were there it was closed as well and he was VERY disappointed.

It was closed from October 7-11 and we were very disappointed too! there was a sign that said, closed for the season. I hope that doensn't mean winter season. But the whole kitchen was closed up and there was nothing in there. I have no idea why they need to close this. Its our favorite!

used to be stuffed french toast at CRT, but had some bad stuff last trip

anything at california grill - especially the asparagus with hazelnut vinaigrette -drool! for DH it was the sashimi/sushi plate

the bratwurst, pretzel, and beer in Germany

les cellier maple creme brulee, filet (the only time I eat steak ever!) and mushroom risotto

chef mickey's breakfast - heck, anything there - it's all sooo good.

But, most importantly, it just isn't a trip to Disneyworld until I have the Rice Krispie Mickey dipped in chocolate!!! Who would've thought

for DH-the filet at CRT because it is always cooked to perfection and melts in your mouth.

for me-Does the entire character dinner at LTT count as a food???? I LOVE every single thing at the whole meal!!!! The the salad with strawberry vinegrette....mashed potatoes and gravy...the mac & cheese....the steamed veggies.....the roasted meats.....the cobbler for dessert.

pineapple dole whip in the MK........Tonga toast at the Poly........Tacos at the Pirate and the parrot outside POTC......cable car at Ghiradellis...... ribs at Olivia's at OKW....it seems like you ALWAYS get great food at WDW...can't remember a bad meal, food or snack!

I can - in The Land Pavillion - the place downstairs that looks like a cafeteria - <shudder> The ONLY time I didnt eat at Dis and threw my food away. We got some kind of flat bread sandwiches and the kids got stuff from the coolers (fruit, cheese, hardboiled eggs). The eggs were good. That was about it.

DW's favorite is the Nestle toll House Cookie.

Dear Dad's favorite is the turkey legs.

OH YES!! Once it gets to be November they introduce their holiday mint sundae. This is the very best ice cream sundae ever...peppermint & mint choc. chip ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream, and a chocolate mint candy. I AM DROOLING!
