Well, we're still here. News said we had 14.4" of rain and some 90+ gusts. Lakeland Electric has done a crazy amount of infrastructure upgrades since Irma and it showed. A few flickers but we never lost power. There is a puddle of water on my floor near the kitchen. That happened during Irma as well. Near as I can tell the wind blows the rain into one of the off ridge vents and it finds it's way down the duct to a AC register.
Even the outside looks good. I see grey shingles on the ground around our house. Ours are red so maybe we lucked out.
We slept in the motorhome in the garage last night. Three adults and 2 cats. Not an experience I would recommend, especially with the slides in, but I felt it was safer.
