We will be eating at Tony's Town Square and I trying to Be Positive
about the experiance because my DS is so excited about eating there.
But with all the Negative comments I read about Tony's it's hard to be excited.
Please help me to be Excited by telling me something Positve about it.

Remember the Saying:
If you don't have anything Nice to say--Don't say anything at All!! :goodvibes

My friend had Thanksgiving dinner there in '05 and she said it was fantastic. Sorry that doesn't help much with the regular menu but I haven't eaten there yet myself.

I think Tony's is great! I was very pleasantly surprised at how cute the theming was.

Kids love the pizza and ask to go back each trip. My pasta has always been good, too. The service is quick and they are very polite. We make it there every trip.

Its got a great location.

Just ate at Tonys on 8/15 for lunch. It is my daughters favorite because of the themeing of Lady and the Tramp! I had the chicken parmesan sandwich, it was good, not great, no complaints. My daughters had chicken caesar salad and breadsticks with sauce and it was good as well! Look for the paw prints at the left of the entrance to the restaurant!

I too was going to say...the paw prints...very cute. The theming is nice if you and your children are familiar with The Lady And The Tramp story.

I don't think Tony's is "bad"...it's just that the prices for their (nothing special) pasta dishes are exorbitant. Really.

Okokokok...I know...I said that the prices were bad for the value received. [hangs head]

If your son is excited to go to Tony's he will LOVE it...and he will LOVE the food! Kids' taste buds are far more sensitive than ours, so what might taste less piquant to us tastes absolutely fabulous to them! It's US...WE old-tastebudded adults are the problem!

DW and I love Tonys. We ate there our 1st vist to WDW 5 years ago on our honeymoon. And have gone back each vist to WDW. On Oct 3rd 2007 we will be there at 5 pm on our 5th annivversary:love: We love the theming and the great food.Did you know that you can get Lady and Tramps autograft? Ask your server and he will go out back in the ally and get it for you or children. Joe and Tony might sign to if they are not busy servering Lady and Tramp. We have got it a few times. I have nothing but great things to say about Tonys. I love the spaghetti and meatballs,DW loves it all. great servers tooooooooooo. You will enjoy it and the food toooooo.

The themeing is cute. It's in the MK. Other than that, I've got nothing. :goodvibes

We Love Tony's!!! We have found the staff very accomidating! My son loves fetticenni alfredo but it wasn't on the child's menu so we asked our server and he said, No problem! My husband and I usually each order our own salad and then split an entree and the kitchen split it for us in the kitchen before bringing it out! We like to schedule our ADR @6:30pm so when we finish our meal we can walk out to the porch and watch Spectro-Magic!

We eat at Tony's every time we go, although we always go for lunch. I don't know why Tony's gets such a bad wrap... it has a delightful atmosphere, I love how the kids (and we) can relax in the air watching Lady and the Tramp in the waiting area, the food is always good and the lunch prices are not all that bad. We try and get one of the first lunch ADRs during Christmas week, get a table on the porch and watch the afternoon parade while we have dessert. It's all a matter of expectations - it is not a gourmet Italian restaurant (although I find it a step up from Olive Garden) and it has theme park prices. I personally think the atmosphere there is the best TS in the Magic Kingdom - LTT and CRT are kind of dark, Crystal Palace is a close second.

I highly doubt your kids will ruin it. WE'll be at Happest Place on Earth at one of my favorites places celebrating one of our most special days. Hope to see you there!! And Honey(fires_grumpy) the annv. is the 4th!!!

Nine of us went to Tonys in March of this year and even though it isnt the favorite choice of any of the nine of us, it was a place all of us liked and would go to again. We all rated each place we went to and each of us thought the food, service atmosphere were anywhere from good to great!!!!

Being the "party planner" I was worried about booking at Tonys because of the mixed reviews leaning more toward bad than good but Im glad we went there....I found that sometimes the tastes of others arent the same as mine/ours so you just have to take the chance and try it out yourself...you may be pleasantly surprised as we usually are...

We loved Tony's. Like you, the negative reviews had me worried but we gave it a try. Here are the positives I found based on our experience:

Very good, basic Italian entrees. My kids loved the spaghetti and meatballs. My husband had the steak and I had the chicken Florentine. They were all very good. The spaghetti sauce tasted like Prego, but that was just what my kids like so that worked out well! Great calamari, we had that for our appetizer and it was delicous. We also had the spinach artichoke dip and that was very good. Wonderful bread with a red pesto dipping sauce. I could have made a meal out of that. Loved the pistacchio creme brulee and the cheesecake was also wonderful.

Loved the theming, the atmosphere, we sat in the little sunroom type area and had a great view of Main Street. We also had great service.

I don't have one negative thing to say about Tony's. It others don't like it, that's fine as I respect all opinions. However, I was pleasantly surprised and we loved it. I will be eating here again in the future.

I really love the Pizza Bianca and get it whenever I can! I also like their breadsticks & marinara at Tony's. It's a nice quiet (or has been when I've been there) place to eat!

We ate at Tony's last year. The appetizers and desserts were pretty good! We all had spaghetti and meatballs to keep with the theme. I have to say that the sauce was OK at best, but the meatballs were good!

We loved the Lady and the Tramp theme. It's a nice place to unwind at the MK.

Thanks for putting my Mind at Ease!!:flower3:
I'm sure we will have an enjoyable time at Tony's.
I think the atmosphere alone will be worth it.
We have early Lunch ADRs and I'm sure everything will go smooth.
My DS is so looking forward to the resaurant itself because of the
Lady and the Tramp Theme, the inside looks so cute in the pictures
that I've seen of it.

I'm still trying to figure out what to order.
Has anyone ever ordered the Grilled Fish?:)
My DS will problably play it safe and order the Pizza.

We love Tony's! DD16 and I love the spaghetti and meatballs! The bread with olive oil/herbs/garlic is amazing!! It is so pretty inside, and the Lady and the Tramp theme is very sweet. It is one of DH's favorites! It is one of our "must do's"!:goodvibes
