Tell me everything about the Food & Wine Fest!

I need to know everything there is to know about the Food and Wine Fest at Epcot! DBF, me and another couple might go there in Oct. We will most likely spend only Fri-Mon there and were wondering what weekend we should go. Is Sunday less crowded than Saturday? How does it work exactly? Also any other info you could provide would be great!

We went this past year. Remember that the weekends are more buiser for Epcot, because the locals want to go to the F&W.
