OKW is an awesome resort. I really think you'll like it there. Buliding 13 is extremly close to the lobby, community hall, general store and main pool. However, I am not sure if you are aware but the main pool will be closed until the Christmastime.
Olivias is the resteraunt and offers American cuisine with an islandy feel. The prices are extremely reasonable and is one of my fave resterants. Definately try the conch fritters, shrimp and artichoke dip, and if you are there at lunchtime the buttermilk fried chicken breast. (my favorite!) Even if I'm not staying at OKW I always make the trip to Olivia's for the chicken breast.
They also have a quicky snack stand called goods to go which offers burgers fries and other goods.
The gurgling suitcase is the bar which offers specialty drinks daily.
A studio can sleep up to four and has 2 beds. OKW is the only studio with 2 beds all of the other DVC studios have one bed and a pull out sofa. All one bedroom units or larger offers a jacuzzi bathtub in the bathroom.
Behind the main pool is a small marina where you can rent boats. There is also boat service from OKW to DTD and SSR. You can also rent DVD's videos and bikes from Hanks rent n return.
OKW is my favorite resort that I've experienced so far. I love the atmosphere, the cast members are extremly friendly and upon arrival you can tell its a great place to be. If you have any other OKW questions let me know!
