Tell me about your meals at the Fort!

Love to stay at the Fort, but Disney and cooking don't go together for me. We enjoy the "freedom" from cooking and use all our energy for the parks. We just got back from 10 days last night and now we have to "rest" LOL We used pedometers and averaged 6-7 miles of walking a day . Loved it all, and especially the Epcot Flower & Garden Festival. It was actually cold a couple days and nearly every night we were there, but started to heat up the day before we left (26th). Very unusual for FL end of April - I'm from LA and never had a cold birthday (24th) till this year

Has anyone tried American Chop Suey. Its delicious, Especially the second night. Easy Easy Easy

I lb of hamburg
1 box of Elbow Macaroni
I med onion
2 Cans of Tomato Soup Fry up hamburg and onion in saucepan, boil Macaroni until tender in med size pan, strain Macaroni, add hamburger and onion mixture w/elbows back into saucepan,add the tomato soup and your good to go..Enjoy Serves approx 6 or more depending how hungry you are!

Sorry it took me so long to post, I've been on the cruise forum, and forgot to check back.
This is the recipe I've been using, found it here last year and tweaked it a bit. Hope you enjoy it!

Crock Pot Lasagna

We have made basically this same recipe on our past couple camping trips, only using a camp dutch oven instead of the crock pot. It is delicious!

O.K., color me crockpot stupid but....baked potato in a crockpot? do you just put them in and turn it on?

When we leave the sticks and bricks we are on vacation. Have you looked at the class A MH's. 2 or 3 burners a micro and NO oven. So it's what restraunt do we want to visit.
