Tell me about the Member Cruise

We decided that we are going this year. What's going to hurt me the most is that a 4 night cruise at the FL Resident rate is almost half of the member cruise price.

I highly recommend you try one of the DVC Member Cruises if you are interested, yet have never been on one.

Crissup (DH) and I have been on two of them and enjoyed them immensely. We got to meet up with some old friends, and made lots of new friends on board ship as well! But more importantly, we enjoyed the DVC themed cruise and amenities as we really felt at "Home".

If you are struggling with the points or finances though, then by all means go ahead and book a regular 4 night DCL cruise! We have done over 10 in total now (3, 4, 7 and 10 day) and have found them all to be fantastic!

Were gonna go on the 2009 Member Cruise. We've decided to go all out and get a cabin with a verandah. Since those categories don't have a FL resident rate, I can't cringe too much. We've always talked about taking a Disney Cruise, so we just decided to go for it. We will be checking into a Concierge Room at AKV that Thursday after the cruise docks.
