Tell me about the hawiian luau

Can anyone give me details about this? We will be going in November, and I was trying to research for our ADRs. Thanks for any tips or info you can share!

We took our family to the Luau a couple of years ago. While we really enjoyed the entertainment, we were not thrilled with the food.
