sime one recommended the create your own pasts bar at POR. Can someone tell me a bit more about it please...

1)is it a set price, or does it depend on what you choose
2)can you mix and match
3)what sort of things do they have
4)does it count as a cs credit?

we stayed at POR and had the pasta in October and my daughter (19 and loves her pasta! wants to go back when we visit in April.

2)can you mix and match -yes, there is a menu of different options and pastas to choose from
3)what sort of things do they have - you can choose from different sauces, pasta shapes, vegetables, meats
4)does it count as a cs credit? - yes

since it does count as a cs credit, the meal includes drink, bread, and a choice of dessert item. DD chose peas, proscuitto, onions and marinara sauce. You order at the counter and the items are assembled and prepared for you as you wait. I tried hers and it was delicious.

First choose a pasta-penne, fettuccine or spaghetti-I think
then choose a sauce-alfredo, or marinara- and maybe something else I think
them choose what you want in it-shrimp or chicken and
veggies: spinach, broccoli, peas, roasted peppers, etc. There is a long list.
It is served in a chinese food carton w/ a piece of garlic toast. It is very good and is one price for no matter how many items you put in it. It can definitely be shared by 2 people. I like the alfredo penne w/shrimp, broccoli, peas, peppers, spinach and parmesan cheese.
It si a good "To-go" item as the carton it comes in keeps it hot for awhile.
