Tell me about Snapfish!

I have heard bits and pieces about Snapfish and want the scoop from anyone who has used it before. I teach kindergarten and do lots of digital picture printing , usually at Sam's Club. Some of the gifts on Snapfish look neat too, like the notepad and sticker set. Any users out there? Thanks!

I used snapfish for years for film and was pleased with the quality. I now have digital and used their pre-pay for .10 prints. The quality is good, but their shipping is high. When my prepays run out, I will switch to www.kodakgallery.com. They have an unbelievable collage feature!

If you live near a Wal-Greens, you can pick up your prints there and save on shipping.

I'm going to do a pre-pay before our next WDW trip so I can order my prints as soon as we get home.

Even with the prepay, the shipping is exorbitant. I've got to find a new place to get prints. I'm not thrilled with Walgreen's quality (not even for snapshots). I do like Snapfish's quality, but the shipping is killing me.

This is something I didn't think about--If you have your pick up arranged at Wal-Greens, does Snapfish develop the pix and send them to Wal-Greens, or does Wal-Greens do the developing? :confused3

I've had them sent to Walgreens from Snap Fish, Walgreens actually prints them out, but they charge more per print then if you used Snap Fish directly. I liked doing it because I didn't have to stand at a Walgreens machine to choose the pictures that I wanted. I ordered around 80 pictures from a trip to Disney in August.

I've tried a bunch of them, and I like Shutterfly the best -- best quality for the price.

Yes, Walgreens actually prints them, and their quality is...lacking.
