Which restaurants offer them, how do I arrange them... all the typical newbie questions.

Thanks for your help!

I did one at Coral Reef. You have to call and talk to Debbi. I just picked out a few photos and emailed them to her. She did the rest. We also did a divers sign b/c it was our 5 year anniversary!! Good luck!!

Yachtsman Steakhouse can do them. They gave them to us without us requesting them. That was a nice surprise! :wizard:

Do you know how much notice you have to give for both the sign & menus?

Debbie is off until Tuesday, which by then will be only 8 days before our dinner. Do you think that's enough notice?

Thanks!

1) Any sit-down restaurant can do custom menus.
2) The menu doesn't change, but your names and date can be added.
3) Some will add a personal clip you submit.
4) All they do is type in the computer and print the normal menu.
5) Very easy and very quick.

NOTE: Although they can do the custom menus, many eateries don't advertise. Also, even if the eateries can do the menus, the host/hostess may refuse, due to being too busy or too lazy.

How do you order these custom menus? Is it a pre-order or after you arrive at the restaurant and what is the cost? Does anyone have an example to post with a picture?

When I booked Citrico's, I mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary and the agent was really excited and went on and on about what a fabulous restaurant it is. When we drove up to the gate to park, the attendant wished us happy anniversary. When we arrived, the host wished us happy anniversary and when we were seated, we were presented with menus that had Happy Anniversary, Mr. and Mrs. R.... on them. :lovestruc

We didn't book anything, it was just one of those special touches of Pixie Dust that Disney does so well.
