Tell me about March please

A friend of mine is planning on going the last 3 weeks in march. I am wondering the best week would be to go?

So far this is what I have.

Playhouse Disney is down until the 24th.
Park hours seem to extend the last 2 weeks.

Does anyone know any other info to help make a desicion?

It's prime Spring Break time, so I would expect it to be decently crowded. That said... 1) Easter is not until late April this year, so that won't be a factor and 2) I have gone in late March for the last two years and will be going again this year. I find the big ticket rides (Space/Indy etc.) to have long lines (60-90 min) but with FastPass, it was really quite manageable. We usually go for three days and accomplish all of the rides and most of the shows. We go at a fast pace, but it's never left me saying "never again in late March"...

We are going during the week of March 13th, that is Spring Break for a lot of people so I'm sure it will be busy!

The trade off for shorter lines is usually more rehabs and shorter hours.

I am one of those that add to the Spring Break crown. Last year we went for the third week of March and although there was a considerable crowd, we were able to do everything we wanted with the help of fast passes.
