Tell me about Grinchmas.

For me, the best thing about Grinchmas was the Grinch. Or maybe I should say the actor playing the Grinch.

This is no mute guy in a furry costume but a real-live, talking Grinch. I can't remember any of the lines now (all improvised, it seemed) but he was hilarious. He skates a very fine line between being gross and Grinch-y and being too over the top for a family theme park.

I turned to my DW and said, "Toto, we're not in Disney any more."

Hope it's the same this year. Can't wait.

I'm new to this board and was wondering how long the lines will be if you stay at the hotel and have the FOL pass Dec 22-23? You are scaring me with the super omega 2 hour line stories!!

Thanks!!

If you are staying on site, you will not wait 2 hours. 20 minutes, maybe, but not likely.

Dec 22-23? 20 minutes tops under normal circumstances. The Grinchmas attractions are excluded, so if the Grinch meet has a 30, you hafta wait 30.

[Behind the Grinchmas Magic Warning]

[Don't look if you don't want to know]

Not trying to spoil the illusion, but this year there will be two Caves with two Grinches at all times (out of the well over a dozen of us actors playing him...) to reduce the waiting that has plagued the meet and greet in the past.

Aww shucks!! I thought the real Grinch would be there! This is like when I realized that the Santa I saw at Macy's was different than the one I had seen a half hour before at A&S's!!

The actor who played the Grinch when we were in his lair was hilarious. Definitely worth the visit and photo op!

Good news. Now they just can't be out together for everyone to see....LOL....;)

The Grinch at Grinchmas is the BEST! This is the one we saw.

Great Picture! That's even Grinchier than I remember him.

I'm glad that I have an AP this year...can't wait to go to Grinchmas and see the Macy's parade!!!

Anyone up for a meeting at Grinchmas one day?
