Tell me about Disneyworld around Easter time?

We've been there many times during "less crowded" periods, but can only get off during our spring break this year.
Are we insane for going during this time? How busy is it actually? Tips? Stories from previous trips during this time?

It will be busy... so just be prepared. We have been during all levels of crowds. It's just a different experience. Don't expect to do everything you are accustomed to... it likely won't happen. Be ready for greater travel times through the parks. In MK, it could take you 30 minutes to get from one side to the other... just be prepared, and enjoy the magic... differently.

I went there last year for my family's trip. The best advice I can give is to NOT go to MK on Easter Sunday. We went to HS on Sunday and MK on Monday. Crowds were pretty good for the most part! It's a good opportunity to hit up some of the "nonexistent-wait" attractions such as Peoplemover, Country Bears, and the like. Overall, was a perfectly fine trip! Hope all goes well!

Very crowded! Be prepared to wait in long lines for everything. The year we went we were patient, and therefore still had a great time. But I wouldn't choose to go around Easter again.
