Tell me about Charlie's Steakhouse

I was driving past our new outdoor mall yestereday and noticed that there is a Charlie's Steakhouse. I thought that I read here that they were pretty good in Orlando. Has anyone eaten at a Charlie's? I like eating at familiar places when we are on vacation. If they are good, that would be great for us!

We dined at Charlie's in May 2000. The food was excellent although a little pricy. The atmosphere was a nice experience and it was nice to get dressed up for a meal without Characters joining you at your table. The steaks are brought to your table & you pick out the cut that you want and then they are cooked over an applewood chip fire. Desserts were very good & very rich.
