tell me about boma!

We are planning our trip to the world this May. I have already made all of our ADR's. We are planning to eat at Boma one night. We have had reservations at this resturaunt two other times but we cancelled because I was scared to try it. I always here such wonderful comments on the food when we visit. So we are giving it a try. Tell me what you think. I am some what picky. Is there american foods there as well? Please give me details.
