Tell me about a Christmas Crusie…

I’m assuming on Halloween / Christmas there is still a formal night and pirate night

The Christmas themeing is the whole cruise. But, yes there was still a formal night and pirate night.

Halloween and Merrytime are not billed as "DAY" - Star Wars is. (And Marvel is.) I've not been on Halloween or Merrytime, but I understand there are things every day for those.

On the Merrytime cruise there are activities throughout the cruise that hold with the theme, including photo ops. Like Dug720 said, Star Wars is billed as Star Wars Day at Sea, so typically only includes that one day. Merrytime is the whole cruise. They even have decorations up at Castaway Cay.

Our first Disney Cruise back in 2017 was a Very Merrytime sailing, and the Christmas activities, character meets, and photo ops were definitely spread throughout the cruise. I also enjoyed the decorations and holiday music, both on the ship and at Castaway Cay. The sailing felt very themed and I would gladly do another Very MerryTime cruise!
