I usually time the wake-up call for either when I want my son to wake up (I often wake up before I need him to wake if we are heading to the parks early) or after I know he'll be awake. He likes answering and hearing the message, but he used to try to have a conversation with them.

So the Christmas call from Mickey & Santa went well. I had ordered one for my 10 year old step-daughter. The phone rang right at 11am and there was enough time to get her to the phone and then I told her to press 1. Unfortunately, my Dad answered the phone and gave it to her so I didn't get to hear the beginning message or what Mickey & Santa said. The one problem I had was I schedule the call for Christmas day but from what my step-daughter told me, Santa talked about "getting ready for his big night" so I should have scheduled it for Christmas Eve. So I guess, I wish the parents could know more what the messages say, so we can know whether it "fits our needs" better. But overall it was good. It put a smile on her face. I will probably do another one in the future.

I ordered a call from Mickey and Santa for my sister - rang through at exactly the time I requested on Christmas Day.

She thought I was being weird, cause I kept saying we should call our parents later that day whenever she said we should call them!

She loved it - she laughed so hard, tears ran down her face.

I see you have already been given the link - it's really a neat service and it does work! I had Ariel call my 5 year old on Christmas morning. The phone rang at exactly 9:00 as I had requested. For my son, Mickey Mouse called at exactly 9:15. It was wonderful and the looks on their faces were precious. I was surprised at just how long the phone call was!
