By fit I mean REALLY fit.
We are going on our first 7 day cruise on the Magic. My DD15 is a pretty intense athlete and is concerned about maintaining her fitness during the trip. We know she isn't allowed in the gym but have seen mentions of classes like yoga and spin. Are any of these open to teens. She will work out on CC and possibly in our stateroom. We are doing the Eastern and perhaps she could swim open water laps in Tortola and St. Thomas? But I don't know that she'll be able to run on Deck 4. The kind of runs she needs to do are loooong hard fast runs (like 3-5 miles) and I doubt that would work well on board?!
