I think my teens (13 and 14) would prefer to order off the kids' menu at CA Grill. That shouldn't be a problem, should it? It also helps our dining credit allotment to just pay OOP for those kids meals. I think if they ordered off the adult menu, it would be a lot of "I don't want 8 things that comes with".

I don't think it will be a problem, but be aware that the kids meals are tiny, and rarely enough food for my average-eating 8yo.

We are coming off a fairly heavy meal day, so I'm not too concerned, but thanks!

If they do want an adult steak, they are glad to substitute out the sides. We ate there last year and I wanted the steak that came with tomato risotto (I think). I just told the server that I didn't like tomatoes and were there other choices. She was glad to sub mashed potatoes out.

My kids don't eat steak. They're not picky, but they're not big 'eat a slab of meat' kind of kids so I don't think the adult entrees really appeal to them. So I definitely don't want to pay $50 for a meal they wouldn't really love. I'm OK paying $15 to $20 though.

Unless it’s a character meal/buffet, shouldn’t be a problem.
My DD teen always eats off kids menu... no DDP though.
