That's precisely why I'm feeling the way I'm feeling today ;) :teeth:

Not if she doesn't get these college apps together - which is one of the points of friction these days ;)
but I'm sure that will all come together, and waaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh....I don't know if that makes me feel better or worse!

Once she gets them all done she won't have to worry about a thing.
My parents set a deadline for me and that helped hurry things along.

My dd had a school deadline of 4 apps by Christmas break. This worked well.

Thanks Norah, and Tiggeroo. We're feeling a little bit better here :)
Since she's pretty much settled on 5 schools, I've been nagging her - which creates resistance. She told me this afternoon she plans to have them all in by the first of the year...so I guess I should "chill" because as she says " I"m pretty sure you're NOT the one going to college, Mom!" (
(But I'm pretty sure I'm the one who'll be PAYING for most of it dear!!!) ;)

Sounds like you two need a big {HUG}:D

I understand-DD put her college application together tonight (Nov 8th). It must be post marked by the 15th. I sure hope the school counselor will do her part promptly.

The college mails decisions on Dec 15. It's going to be a long month. Here's hoping to a great answer for Christmas!

I had November 15th deadlines for 3 schools so i sent all 4 of my apps in at the same time.
I had one letter come the 1st Monday of winter break, the 2nd monday of winter break, and then the monday back to school after winter break i got my 3rd letter lol.

Do you think if we trade it will be better LOL
My DD is also a Senior and at 17 she still knows everything . I wonder if she will figure out how to support herself and what to do when there is no more social hour and instead there is a 9-5 job waiting for her after college!

MANY MANY HUGS FOR YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
