teen eat off kid's menu?

We are planning to eat a LTT before the MVMCP. Would it be frowned upon if my 14 DS orders off the kid's menu? The adult dinners do not appeal to him at all!

I don't believe there is a menu for LTT at dinner. It's all-you-care to eat family style and every table gets the same thing. Expect him to be charged the adult fee.

If you mean lunch instead of dinner, he can order from the kids' menu. My son did that many times -- now he just goes somewhere else by himself if he doesn't like the menu where we're eating.

My soon to be 15 year old sister is one of the pickiest eater ever to walk the face of the earth (I swear, she lives on macaroni and fetticini alfredo!). Anyways, I do have a point. She's continued to order off the kids menus when we visit WDW even though she's now over the age limit and no one's ever given her a hard time about it at all.

My 13 year old daugher usually orders off of the kid's menu with no problem. However, if it is a buffet like LTT is for dinner, they are charged the adult price.

I can confirm what others are saying. If it's a menu service, you should be able to order from the childs menu. If it's buffet style, they'll automatically charge the adult rate.

What I want to know is how that works-my 14 yr DS usually eats all of his meal and half of mine! and if we have our 18 year old along he has been know to order an appetizer meant for multiple people, a full meal and dessert-how does he ever get enough to eat from a "childs" meal?

He is almost 6ft tall and 190lbs. I know he will eat before and after the meal. He just didn't like the food at LTT. However, now I found out I can get a PS at Tony's before the MVMCP. So we will try there.
