My 15 year old daughter and her two friends (17 and 16) will be in the parks alone. Are they allowed to go to a table service restaurant by themselves without an adult? My daughter is on the dining plan and her two friends would pay out of pocket.

Yes, I believe they can do this.

Wouldn't suggest leaving a teen alone with little kids in a restaurant but three teens should be fine.

During the last couple of vacations I've made seperate reservations for my son and his 2 friends (all 15 now), they like Tepan Edo ( I have much better at home) so I book them there so the adults who have more of an appreciation for Blue Zoo can eat there.

They are all Disney DVC pro's and have never had a problem. My son figures out the tip on his phone, it's really nice to see him so confident and grown up!

I ate at some TS places with friends years ago as a teenager so as long as you are comfortable with knowing them and their ability to handle themselves I don't see there being any problem.

Thanks everyone. I just have one other quick question. My daughter is on the deluxe dining plan with me, my husband and my son (4 of us) her two friends are not on a plan. If my daughter and her two friends go to a table service restaurant by themselves can all three of them use our deluxe dining plan since we have so many. I know they wont do it if there are more people at the table then there is on the plan but there will only be the three of them.

The Disney Dining Plan's rules are that you may not use your dining credits to buy meals for guests who are not on your reservation or dining plan.

(For future posters please note that the DIS Restaurant Board policy is no discussion of how to get around specific dining plan rules. Any such discussion will be deleted.)

Took DD16 & her BFF (17yo) to WDW for their graduation trip this past June.

They dined at Crystal Palace, LTT, & T-Rex by themselves. No problems. :thumbsup2
