OH! It has a name? I was wondering what was going on with me. I put the medals in the drawer with the rest of them today so I guess its time to get serious about my next race. After what we psychologist types call the post-reinforcement pause (i.e., vegging out for a week or two admiring my medals)
You can't quit running! We still have to run a race together. Running the exact same time 30 minutes apart doesn't count. I think we might be perfect racing partners. Also, my first marathon went alot like yours, so there is great hope that you can run backwards and dance around people when you run the next one!I wanna play too. PLEASE PLEASE!!!! I was on the verge of quitting running after the full, so I need this to get me back on track.
Excellent point, Matt....I'm with you on that. As a walker I can rack up the hours alot quicker than the miles.
Hum, total hours exercised, interesting concept. What does everyone else think, we could track both and have prizes for both catagories. We could let each team deside if they wanted to compete in both catagories or just the miles, or just the hours.
