Congratulations 6Smiles!! I love that we're four weeks in and showing such awesome participation and numbers. It's really motivating, personally.
I usually prefer exercising on my own, and I can't believe I'm saying this, but I really like my Jillian Michael Ripped in 30 DVD. I'm on week 2, so ask me again in a couple of weeks...but the circuits move quickly enough that I feel like I get a lot done in a little amount of time. And that I can do just about anything for 30-60 seconds!
I also like our stationary bike. It's a good quality piece of machinery, and I feel like I'm getting my money's worth out of it - I like to ride some pretty tough cycles while I'm watching things on the DVR. Keeps me from getting too far behind!
I do like the occasional Zumba class - I'm not coordinated, but I enjoy it when I do it! Just hard to get out of the house on a Monday night for the one class that works with my schedule, and I haven't been in a while.
When the weather warms up, I'm going to start getting out on my real bike, which is new to me last year and the first bike I've owned since I was in high school. ! I need to get my confidence back, but we have good trails around here, and I'll start slow in the neighborhood. I'm also planning to try running for the first time *ever* using a C25K program that came recommended here. I'd be as surprised as anyone to find I like it, but I think I need to give it a fair shot - it would be a great way to get some consistent outdoor activity, and it's cheap!

QOTD Tuesday- As January comes to a close, I am looking forward to warmer weather so I can walk around my great little town again!
So, what is you favorite form of exercise? DO you like to exercise with others or on your own?
