It all started with one woman's dream... a dream of finding a way to non-verbally acknowledge a fellow DISer across a crowded park...

Summer 2006: a terrific DISer named Lisa posed the question of how to acknowledge all those Lime Green Mickey Heads (LGMH's), lime green Crocs, lime green Baggallini's, lime green DISERS, when one is standing in line or otherwise unable to engage in conversation.

The answer? Robert DeNiro's infamous "I'm Watching You Focker!" gesture from Meet the Parents, now known as the LIME LOOK!

What followed was the joining together of many DISers willing to give the Lime Look to other DISers. We've come a long way, baby!

We are TEAM FOCKER WATCH!

One rule:
Let's keep it clean! We all know how much fun one can have with the name Focker, but let's refrain from inappropriate word-plays with it on the boards, k?

YES!!! I did it!

Hi everyone! Sorry I haven't been on TFW thread for a few days. I'm hard at work getting ready for our Christmas trip next week. 4 more days!!!

We had fun yesterday, my daughter's car died and we had to get it towed to the repair shop. $1000 later, and a new fuel pump, it's as good as new. Figures that this would happen right before our vacation. Ugh. Looks like there will be a few less purchases in WDW.

Hope everyone's doing well. I still have to catch up with the old thread, but I happened to notice the new one & I had to try for page 1!

We had fun yesterday, my daughter's car died and we had to get it towed to the repair shop. $1000 later, and a new fuel pump, it's as good as new. Figures that this would happen right before our vacation. Ugh. Looks like there will be a few less purchases in WDW.

Good thing the car was an easy fix even if it was costly. Maybe the mechanic likes Disney and you can find a few souvenirs to get the friends discount next time.

Got the tree decorated this morning and had Andy pull everything out of the shed so we can get started. I feel like such a scrooge waiting so long!

Nothing really going on today. I have to do some studying and that's about it. Got my Ornament from DTD last night, so it's packed and ready to ship out. I'll do that on Monday.

Next up is Molasses Cookies (which come out more like Gingersnaps if you ask me!)

Isn't that the way it ALWAYS HAPPENS.. I think Mel had some kind of issue either right before or right after her June Trip.. something about a Tire ?? We had an issue the week we went back in July

I was up way too early today! I didn't get to bed until after 2am last night because my dinner decided to revisit me, if you know what I mean. So, after paying my respects to the porcelain god, I finally got to sleep.

They have homeowner's insurance. They came out to try to get the tree off but there was so much ice it was dangerous to climb up. SO, there is still water pouring into her house! OMG. Thanks so much Katt!

The party last night was fun. We payed that silly game, open or take away a present. I took away a Burt's Bees set and then the girl's boyfriend took it back from me. Taking from the bosses wife! I had a candle set but somehow ended trading with a girl who had a chocolate set because she's diabetic. Like I need all that chocolate!

This morning we paid off our cruise! Now I still have to wait. Mitch is having fun hacking down something in the yard whilst I've been ironing. It's never ending! But taking his pants to the cleaners is one expense I don't want to pay. Then I can buy more purses for me! Tonight we're going to The Trial of Ebeneezer Scrooge. Never seen it before but the paper gave it a good review.
