Hi, ladies! Read through, but am feeling too tired to quote. We had a great couples night last night. I realized early on that I'd need to drive, so when we got home at 12:30, I sat down to have another glass of wine. D was out cold in about 2 minutes, so I watched the first hour and some of POTC3 on demand before heading up. He didn't wake up at all, so I let him be. He wound up coming up around 5:30 and Woody woke up hearing him. Woody went back to bed, though, and we ended up all sleeping pretty late - the kids until after 8:00 and D & I until nearly 10. Whoops.

I've done some laundry and some paper reading and so forth. The kids are playing very well all around, and we may try to go ice skating here after a bit.

Hope you all have a good day! I am not thinking terribly well - I wound up getting nearly 8 hours of sleep, but it was very interrupted. I'm not hungover, but not feeling very peppy.

Well I found out some really sad news this morning.

It was called off due to a small fire in the Bldg

I had a very relaxing day today. Had pumpkin muffins and coffee this morning with Bob. Then brought the boys to their music lessons. I grabbed some bagels from Panerra Bread while they were in their lessons. A fast, yummy lunch!

Glad you are having a relaxing day. I love Panera. We used to get that for breakfast at work all the time.

The interview went well, they said they'd let me know tomorrow. It's sitting down all day answering phone etc, so it seems really good for me with my back. It would be 3 days a week so thats good too. I'll keep you all posted!

Tigers! I was so busy trying to keep track of Leo and Gramma, I forgot to get any pics of the enclosure, but it's very impressive. That tiger pic wasn't zoomed!

Jungala. This is a HUGE complex of netted play area. Quadruple that seocnd pic and you'll get an idea of size. This is fairly new and very cool - there are animal enclosures surrounding the climbing areas, so you can see lemurs, alligators, etc. as you're climbing around in there.

Question.... Busch here in Va. has a similar one of course... but ours has only ONE WAY in and OUT so parents will "Park themselves" knowing there in no other way out and their kid will EVENTUALLY SHOW UP. Is this one like that ??

I am having a major lazy weekend. I am finally getting caught up on sleep. I slept 11 hours Friday night, then took a nap Saturday afternoon. Then slept 11 hours last night.

My sister works at a college, and the other day there was a girl walking with black leggings and a red and black checked shirt like Canada, and a big belt.

Yeah...I usually watch 90210 on Tuesday nights and the one girl on there dresses so like the 80's and I always just end up shaking my head at it all.

I know it's just what I wore as a kid, even those terrible sweater dresses that make even skinny people look huge are back here

Oh no! My cousin wore a sweater dress at Christmas time and no, it did nothing for her figure. She's my size to begin with so to see her in something like that just made it worse.

Yay! On the certificate from your sister.

Jen - Glad you had a good time out last night.

V - Those are great pics! BG looks like a lot of fun. I haven't been since high school.

I forgot to say that V's pics were great.

And please don't mention the couple's night on FB, if you don't mind. The hostess really feels uncomfortable with our "possibly in need of an intervention" friend, so she didn't tell her that it was on... And they're both on FB.

I understand that she causes issues, but I hate having to "be careful" - and then it's ridiculous that I have to ask YOU guys to be careful. Sorry, but thanks.

Not much is planned for us today. Just laundry and some light cleaning.

I need to get DR to fill out his Valentine's cards. Lindsey brought her list home last week and wanted them all done right then. At least with DR's he only has 12 to do and just has to write his name. 'DR' isn't all that hard either. LOL

Its going to be a busy week for us though. I swear one week it looks like nothing will be going on but then by the end of the week it's packed. Drives me nuts! LOL

Yup they have been doing this here forever... even when I was a kid and we sent Valentine stone tablet cards..

Cheap gaudy little things... a box of 40 for anywhere from 3.00 - 5.00
Sometimes they come with a pencil, tattoo, or a sucker
