V, did you see this question on Yahoo groups?

The hubby has informed me that if I want to I can go to WDW the end of
next month.....I went earlier this month we are going the end of
May...I am also going for my Bday in September....and going at
Christmas time to see all the pretty lights.....So, the question is
can you get to much Disney?? I don't want to "kill" the thrill of
it....What do ya'll think??

I am, finally. I had a nap, but it didn't help. A shower seemed to do the trick, and lots of Diet Pepsi.

Prescription picked up, router return receipt printed, laundry got together, trip to the drug store done....

now to make the grocery list and clean up the casa....

Who decided that Thursday was errands/cleaning day...Oh that was me. Darn.

The boys got home, my head was just pounding, and then they had a thing saying the student council wanted to sponsor a "wear your favorite football team" day tomorrow. Which is fine, but we didn't have anything, and while I'm sure they don't mean for you to rush out and buy stuff, I hate to have them not be able to participate. So, we headed out to find stuff. Luckily, since we're out of the picture, all the Pats stuff was one sale.

(I'm a Green Bay fan, myself, but I'm raising these kids in the Northeast, what can I say?)

So, then since we were out, I decided we could have McDonald's - it has been weeks, so I don't feel too badly about it.

They've had showers and are playing on the Wii.

What is this pick on Janet day!

I am so mad! The school called a little bit ago and both kids are off again for tomorrow! This now makes 4 days in a row!

Last night they called and said we would be on a 2 hour delay but then called and cacelled before I headed to bed. I have no idea why though. The kids and I were out on the roads today and they were slushy but nothing major was wrong with them. I even passed by the school and all roads leading to them and in front of them were fine. And no power outages are around.

So, watched The Weather Channel earlier and have the news on now and we are to get some snow overnight but nothing major. And what do we get...no 2 hour delay but we are cancelled.

I think I'm slowly being driven crazy here!

Jimmy was cutting up strawberries when I got home. 1 in the bowl, 2 in his mouth

Not much planned to night. I think the Flyers game is on, but that's about it!

Sorry, Lori. That really stinks. We just got the call for a 2 hour delay again tomorrow. That's what we had today. I'm not sure why though, since all the roads are plowed. They're still a bit snow-covered, but not bad at all. Oh well, DD4's preschool will start on time even with a 2 hour regular school delay, so I'll have just DD7 from 9am - 10:30am. Not a big deal.

Janet, you're not the only one we tease!! Look at my response to CE above! I have to say that I'd wear an Eagles jersey (or even a Flyers one) before ever donning a Pats jersey (especially with # 12 on it!). You'd have to pay me a lot of money (like in the millions) to do that!

Back from the school. I am so angry I could spit.

Things SHOULD be fixed. We spent all morning with this kid, his parents, the staff at the school, and the police.

It's such a long story. It really doesn't even matter at this point.

Let's just say...I got vocal. (understatement) Jon spoke up for himself. And this kid, his parents, and the school are on notice.

Sorry you and Jon have to go through this. I also understand about getting ugly with people at school. I ended a conversation(if you call me yelling at the secretary a conversation) with the phrase " I will own your soul if anything happens to my child because she has to find her own way home from school." I have also been in more than once about bullies. The parents never seem to care and a few are proud of the way their child acts. Glad Jon has you on his side.

Let's see what can I remember...

Jen - Glad you stood up for your son and that he stood up for himself as well. I hope things get resovled for the both of you.

CE - Hope your headache is doing better and that no more snow is heading your way.

V - I'll be headin' over to check on the PTR once the kids are in bed. No school this semester or just off on a break?

Dawn - Love the swimsuits! Lindsey was here looking over my shoulder and saw the sebra print one and went nutso over it. I guess we'll be making our way to Justice sometime soon.

That's all I was able to retain with two wild childen running around me.

More than I remember and I have the room all to myself right now.

Back to the doctor for Nana's one week follow up. Her knee is getting worse and if a going to demand a referal for a second opinion. This is just nuts. I will stop in and let you all know how it goes.

Really? I didn't know that! We have a big outlet mall 15 minutes away and they have a store there. I thought it was all the rejected stuff.

Yup - I asked the sales person if the clothes were seconds and she they were overstock.

Ours let us listen to "urban" music, hence the reason I know Ride the White Horse.

How about White Lines? Back in our day the music had subliminal messages, now adays they're just upfront with everything.

Did I tell you Waldo yakked my ear off about spending money during these hard economic time and that I should be putting money away (which I do) and that I shouldn't buy frivilous stuff (since when are clothes and shoes frivilous??). Welllllll.... a package came in the mail today... and who do you think this package was for?? Uh huh... for Waldo... from a train place ... talk about frivilous. You can bet I yakked his ear off about it.

Home and a trying to unwind from what has been an absolutely horrid day !! My Boss and I were both ready to quit today ! I had a consumer move out this week and Maintenance screwed up the move sooooo bad , his bed and matress has been in and out like 4 times then they bring in a new mattress and it doesn't fit the bed and the other house he moved too keeps calling with DUMB questions and claiming not to have things we sent them and for some reason they are trying to blame me and my Boss .. oh I could go on and on and then my computor at work had a major problem and the lady in charge of tech came over and "fixed "it she was very nice but she has done things to my computor that I may never find stuff need . Clincher was when I discovered the financial page she fixed has now lost the ability to subtract accurately FUN !!! Whew I feel better! Now tomorrow we get a new consumer who they tel us makes Attilla the Hun look likean angel!!

Ooh!! Limited Too is Maddie's store. She loves it! Thanks GOD for outlets, that's all I have to say! But we did see those suits last week. I got a great coupon, too. $15 off if you spend $50. Easy peasy!


Katt, look for an outlet in your area. That's what I did. They have the same stuff as the regular stores, it's not clearance stuff, but everything is 20% off rack prices and you can use L2 coupons too!

Trust me... IF there is an OUTLET for something I go there first. We do not have outlets around here. There is a JC Penney Outlet an HOUR AWAY from here. and that's it. 3-5 hours away from any OUTLET MALLS.

But I sure peruse the on-line outlets if anybody has one.

I am sooooo bad... I really need a new living room couch. The one we have is 14 years old.. and been through 2 moves and a LOT OF KID growing up.

I replaced the Familyroom couch in 2004 .. it was only 6 years old. I went to an oulet we have here. Found a couch I liked till I saw the pricetag..
It was a 3500.00 couch. Hand sixway tied, independent coil springs.. an INCREDIBLE Crafted couch.. they wanted 1200.00( there was also 1 wing chair with it) and I just could not make myself buy it.

So I'll steam clean this one again.. get most of the dirt out and some of the stains..
and put that money towards Family Vacations. I don't EVERY have any company.. so who do I have to impress. When it finally falls through THEN MAYBE I'LL BUY ONE.. but then again.. I might just tell who ever tries to sit on it .. to be really careful.


No wonder Scott can afford the train collection he has.. I hate to spend money.

Kc cooked dinner. Breakfast for dinner. I can't complain! Thursday is going to be his day to make dinner which means I need to teach him how to make things besides breakfast or microwave stuff.
