Thanks guys for the hugs today... It looks like we have pulled the old "Bait and switch" as Jen Called it.

IF Sarabeth came right out and asked... we would tell her that Turbo did not make it. .. But I got to tell ya... Scott did good. This Fish has markings like Turbo... so I guess that's why Sarabeth believes he is indeed Turbo so that's what we are calling him...

LONG RAMBLE AHEAD.. Skip if you wish...

I am here cutting back on expenses as much as I can.. our paycheck was down this month... and we got hit with some unplanned expenses... + found out we owe 9,000 in taxes... :faint: We have 6,000 of it.. so I began to pull the strings tight at least on my self this week.. and it just bugs me that Scott is not wanting to cut back for a month or so... so we can float through this thing.

I made two Budget hotel bookings for our Florida Vacations... We have Passes for Busch Gardens for this Summer.. I kind of want to try and see Universal in June as well... then hit Disney in August. At least our rooms have "kitchenette's so I can do some light cooking. All breakfasts can be in room... that will help some. But I still have to buy those expensive Disney Tickets... even the brokers are high... Be nice of THOSE would come down.

I just want a break NOW:sad1: .. I want to run away to Disney now. Maybe I'll win a Disney Vacation.

Sorry TFW Wii Fit People.. I have been swamped and not able to even log in here to say hi ... much less there... need to work out... hit the treadmill but my left knee and foot still Hurt.

Time for CSI.... Goodnight

OMG , we need to check our days and then arrange a meet:cool1: :cool1:
 Hope all is ok

:cool1: :woohoo: :woohoo:

JImmy is doing great!:thumbsup2

IM sorry about Turbo. We had a fish go belly up a few years ago and we told Happy that Daddy took the fish to work to keep him company
IT WORKED

I take it they don't go to visit daddy at work:lmao:

VERY windy here today. Kids are out of school til Wednesday for Winter Break. to everyone.

No winter break here. They get a week off at Easter!

Not on time-out. Exactly. :rolleyes1

popcorn:: Email if you want!:rolleyes1

Next...the afternoon I had. :lmao: :rotfl2: :rotfl:

 all around.

You can't drop that little nugget and then leave:headache:

you can't leave that place for less than $60

THis is why Jim and I have renamed the dollar store:rolleyes:

So whats everyone doing for Valentine's Day? KC says he is going to take me somewhere, I dunno where. So I guess I have plans.

We are going to see DOra the Explorer Live on Stage. Then Papa John's sent us some coupons for a heart shaped pizza and a dessert of some sort...so we are having a family oriented Valentine's Day:cloud9:

Hi Mr. T :wave2:

Remember when I said we had lots of wind??

Well........I was out in the barnyard counting goats.........and glance over.........and Beth Ann's trampoline is overturned down into a giant gully.

I hollered for her and she ran out screaming "get it out!"

Daran's gonna try to drag it out with the tractor this weekend but it may be a goner.......it's her favorite toy.

Oh no. Hope it's not destroyed or anything!

======================================================

Jimmy is in bed :woohoo: THe Flyers are losing to the Stinking Ottawa Senators:mad: , so I thought I'd check in and see what my favorite Disers are doing this fine evening!:goodvibes

I hope everyone has a great weekend! :cloud9: Assuming I'm not totally exhausted, I may get a chance to pop in after DS6 goes to sleep tomorrow or Saturday, as I plan on making this a work-free long weekend.

TTFN!

Have a great time!

SSo whats everyone doing for Valentine's Day?

Let's see... Basketball for the boys at 9:00, D leaves around the same time... Umm, since we're going out tomorrow night (don't know where or if anyone's coming) the boys and I will probably have our pizza and a movie night. ;)

Seriously, though, since we're going out tomorrow, that's fine. :)

I just want a break NOW:sad1: .. I want to run away to Disney now. Maybe I'll win a Disney Vacation.

Oh, Katt. It will be OK.

I do that a lot... :)

I'm watching House Hunters and the "buyer" lady is from England and she just said Whilst!!

I saw that! I miss my Jo.

Hey! What is wrong with The Sens?

Just kidding, I don't really follow hockey but had to support my "local" team. ;)

I'm cranky. I just got a call from my boss that they want me to go to the other store location, not the one up the block. It screwed with my whole morning not to mention the $13 it costs for the car service to get there. MEH! I really don't want to go there tomorrow. He also said "be prepared to stay late" but we will see how long I actually last because I am not going to kill myself for $7.25 an hour thats for sure.

Thanks for letting me vent I'm really crabby at the moment. I am going to go hide in a book for a while. Night all.

Well, the doctor ended up calling me from her home today--she was off with her kids today.....and she sent us to get a CT scan........it showed the same intestinal obstruction but that it has moved quite a bit. No other "abnormalities" which is really good. So, she's taking more Miralax, and hopefully things will work on through......really soon.........
That sounds promising!

I got the tank cleaned and set up Scott came home with "Turbo";)
and we got him in the tank just before Sara came home.
You did the right thing

He is also extremely arrogant. ( He's English. You know how the English are. :lmao: )
Hey :headache: :rotfl2:

It's not a pay cut or a job loss, so that's good.
:thumbsup2

So what did they tell you?
It's got septus (sp?) and needs a new hard drive :confused3

I popped in here briefly and saw my name, so I figured I'd post a "Howdy!" before I start seriously packing.
Glad you did, you know we all worry :rotfl: Have a fun trip!

So it costs you nearly 2 hours work just to get there????

It snowed last night so golf is cancelled again :headache: And I'm so so so fed up and angry and I can't even speak about it :headache: :headache: :headache:

WTH:confused3

It's 7:23 and No Mel... :guilty:

Today is an "Anniversary" of Sorts for Scott and I .He kissed me for the first time 23 years ago today... 1 month later we were engaged... 9 months later.. we got married....

When you got hired did they say that they can switch you to whichever location they wanted? Is there a cheaper way to get there other than a car service?

Well... thanks Z... I said it was an anniversary of Sorts... ;) at least Scott remembers it... how many of you or your guys can remember the date of their first kiss??

However he forgets the day we got engaged :rotfl2: and does not remember what he said to me

That's so sweet Scott remembers, Katt. :flower3: Mitch didn't propose. I found the ring.

Jo, do you watch Top Gear? Great show on BBC America. :thumbsup2 They say whilst too! It's about cars, but occasionally English celebrities compete to have the best time around a track. Jay Kay, :confused3, was very excited he beat Simon Cowell. :rotfl:

Sorry I'm late, gals.

I am having a seriously hard time waking up today and I have to work at the library. I'm leaving in 15 minutes so this is a quick fly by!

I read, but no time to quote. to all. Happy Kiss Anniversary to Katt. Sorry about golf Jo. OMG, TE, sorry about your trampoline!
Feel better, Z. Hi everyone else!

I'll pop in later!

LY All, have a great day!

Whoot Whoot
It's Friday!

MEL:banana:

Doing a bit of snooping... or did he MEAN for you to find the ring??

Scott was working "retail" at that time... no real Job yet... and he had to work Valentines day... we had a date he brought me a white Teddy bear that to this day is still in our bedroom. And after about a month of going out... I FINALLY KISSED HIM... :rotfl2: Just wanted to make sure he was willing to commit. :lmao:

Remember when I said we had lots of wind??

Well........I was out in the barnyard counting goats.........

Are you sure you have them all. ??.. I had one here yesterday figured it was your's:rolleyes:
and glance over.........and Beth Ann's trampoline is overturned down into a giant gully.

I hollered for her and she ran out screaming "get it out!"

I hope it's not "Twisted Metal" but the way those things are made today I bet it is. :guilty: Tramploine was my favorite childhood toy as well. We got ours when I was 5 I played on it Till I was in College.

Oh, honey, I'm so sorry.

Cool!

Oddly, today is a kiss anniversary for me, too. But not with D. :lmao: My first "real" kiss was on a Friday the 13th - 2/13/87. I was a freshman in high school and "going" with a guy - we kissed for the first time on Friday the 13th in the dark hallway whilst we were at a basketball game. ;) So, I've kind of always liked Friday the 13ths... ;) He's a friend on FB now, btw. ;)

Well. Hmmm. D remembers our first "date" pretty well, because it was indeed Valentine's Day. The fact that we'd been pretty much attached at the hip (and elsewhere :rolleyes1 ) for about nine months before having a real date is moot, right? :rotfl: We'd been friends for SO long before we started, um, we'll call it dating, and we just hung out a lot more than ever went on dates. :lmao:

He proposed a mere 4 years and 5 days later, :rotfl: the day before my birthday when we went out to celebrate it. :) We did get married within 9 months, then, though.

I am having a seriously hard time waking up today and I have to work at the library. I'm leaving in 15 minutes so this is a quick fly by!

Have fun!

That's so sweet Scott remembers, Katt. :flower3: Mitch didn't propose. I found the ring.

That nearly happened to me - when we went out, I got cold and asked for his coat, which had the ring in it. Luckily, I didn't use the pockets. :rotfl:

Doing a bit of snooping... or did he MEAN for you to find the ring??

Awww.... :lovestruc :lovestruc

******************************************************
It's gonna be a busy day. I do my regular volunteering this morning and then go back for the party in the afternoon. D has his annual review at work, so I probably have to back up our babysitter time. I had her coming kind of early so we'd have plenty of options, but he's not going to be back in time.

I turned on the news to see what they were saying about the weirdness of my state's senator backing out of the cabinet, but it's just full of this horrible plane crash. I hate plane crashes. :sad2: I totally trust that D's a great pilot and very careful, but... :guilty: And then these poor people...

Morning :goodvibes And happy smooch anniversary Katt and CE.:cloud9:

Early spring is just crazy at my house. Three kids, three sports, three different locations but overlapping times :headache: So I'm not here as much as I wish I could be....but I miss you all and hope everything is good.

I'll check back in a bit.
