Ooh, in fun prize news, I have a shot at one of the amazon.com Kindle thing-a-ma-jigs. They are having a "breakthrough novel" contest, and if I responded quickly enough, I should be able to read forty 10-page submissions, review them, and get a Kindle! I should know by tomorrow if I made it.

Skimmed the last few pages, Janet and V sorry about the pending budget cuts. It's scary now. We are actually signing clients now in our division so I feel very fortunate, we are hiring so we can service the new clients but they are being very cautious as to how many new bodies, certainly won't be enough, as our division is propping the rest of the company up right now. No complaining though, I have a paycheck and benefits.

Well, one more working day for me

And I got another shot in the "good foot" today. Scheduled the surgery on the bad one, March 20th. Dr says plenty of time to heel for my California trip in May.

I am sure looking forward to some warm weather, Accuweather is looking good next week
