Team Focker Watch: Lucky Number 13!

:wave:

My girlfriend and her family stayed there too years ago (not sure which side) but they reallyliked it. If you aren't going to use EMH or ME, you can get some great deals!:thumbsup2

How is Rocky????

And come around more often please:flower3:

OK, I'm back ;)

Swolphin do get EMH now:), but I rarely use them anyhow and you know me, I always have a car, can't stand waiting around for the buses. Also, I haven't used the room charging in years, I don't even attach my credit card to the room key, so won't miss that.

You know they are nice hotels, but I just never paid any attention to them:confused3. With all the time I spend at the Epcot resort area I never stepped foot in either one. Add the fact their restaurants are not part of WDW dining and that makes it even better with the threat of free dining looming.

Oh and a king bed is booking category:thumbsup2

Rocky is doing great, but what a momma's boy. Friday night was a long one as he kept waking up crying, but much better today.:thumbsup2

I hope you're able to travel by then and you can't beat the Swolphin for location :thumbsup2

Well, Rome airport has stayed open, though Venice isn't. I fly into Rome and then coming home, I'm Venice -> Rome -> Newark. If by chance Venice isn't open I can take the train to Rome. I'm sure in another month it will be fine. Lots of the airlines have been doing test flights and are having no issues. THere is talk now of an over reaction to the danger. I don't know about, better safe than sorry I say.

My mom is supposed to go to Italy next month. I'm seriously concerned she might have flight trouble. At least she's not taking British Air.

I'm sure she will be fine, but what's up with BA? (I'm on Alitalia)

Sounds fun and I used to read the Mr Men books as a kid, I even dressed up as Mr Bump for a dancing show :rotfl2: We can buy boxed sets for about $30 here :thumbsup2

I tried to get him the whole set for Christmas but it was sold out everywhere I went. Oh, I must see a picture of you dressed as Mr. Bump ::yes::. He is Jimmy's favorite:lmao:

Cool. Like I said my girlfriend really liked it. She must have they stay 14 days:lmao:

She really liked the Todd English place.:thumbsup2

It's just another Manic Monday;) Work, leaving early to take Jimmy to OT, left overs for dinner. Exciting stuff, eh:rolleyes1

Hope you all have a good one!:goodvibes:hug:

Ugh. The kid, who seemed fine yesterday, woke up this morning with barely a fever, but looking pale and not right around the eyes, if you know what I mean. And, he loves school, so as soon as he said, "I don't know if I should go," I knew that meant he wasn't feeling good. If he was fine, it would have been, "I AM TOO going!" ;)

But, that means that I miss my tennis drills today, and since I haven't played in almost 2 weeks, it means that I felt I should back out of the match tomorrow. :( It's the last one for the season, but in case he's home again (I can't imagine, but then yesterday I was SURE he'd go today :rolleyes:...) and because I've not held a racquet in so long... Sigh. :sad2:

Also, I had to truly scrape the bottom of the barrel for the dog food - I will HAVE to go out later with him. He still doesn't seem to feel bad, so that's good. He's certainly quieter than usual, but other than that - no symptoms. :confused3

I have also apparently pulled a muscle or pinched a nerve or something, but I can hardly turn my neck to the right. I've been sitting here all morning with a hot wrap around my neck. It probably is a good thing I'm not playing tennis. :rotfl2:

I suppose it's good, too, in that I've been starting some good clean-up since I'm stuck here. And now I'm free all day tomorrow, too.

Hope you're all having a good day!

Morning all. After a week of 80's this seasonable 60 or so weather is cool.
I have popped on over the weekend but I was really tired and my grandson had games on saturday and sunday. His team won both and are now 3-0. He is doing OK since we moved him onto a team with a lot of really good players. He is one of the youngest so he doesn't always play as much as he is usede to but he is really having a good time. I am actually enjoying not coaching. I am taking a LOT of pics and can just sit back and relax.

My trip is in 11 days and I swear I am beginning to dread it. My aunt is definitely joining us. Now it is a qustion of 1,2 3 or 4 days. Is she coming on Friday or Saturday. Leaving Sunday, Monday or Tuesday. Between my mom and her changing plans every time I turn around I am going crazy. Of course the one ADR I made may have to be canceled. I made an 8 AM ADR for the Crystal Palace for 2. Now that my aunt will be with us I can't get one for 3. It was the one thing I really wanted to do. I can't decide if I should just cancel now or wait til we get down there and hope I can add her at the last minute. They are now talking about using her car for travel but I have a scooter rented so Disney transportation may be slightly easier. This was all so easy when I first planned the trip.

On the plus side I will be in Disney in 11 days. I am finalizing my plans and hoping my final is the week I come back. Oh well my grandson's bus is due here any sec.

Have a good day all.

Hi, all! I have missed you. :goodvibes Hugs, congrats or whatever anyone needs. :hippie:

I love having Mitch home, but then I have no time for other things. :rolleyes1 He leaves for good, with maybe a 3-4 day leave before going to Germany although I don't know when that will be, Monday. We're supposed to go to Atlanta this weekend, but since he doesn't have orders yet, we can't get plane tickets. :rolleyes: We also still have insurance until the end of this month through work, so I've been getting all my doctor visits in. Fun, but at least they will be over for the year. Tomorrow I go to the eye doctor, so hopefully I'll get new contacts as well. :thumbsup2

Hopefully I can stay caught up this week, but definitely I can next week.

Anyone see Four Christmases? Stupid. Any good movie recommendations? This is why I watch sports. :cheer2:

Hi! So glad you and Mitch are having a good times together before he leaves! I am looking fwd to KCs new insurance too!

We watched From Paris With Love, Percy Jackson The Lightning Thief and The Vampire's Assistant yesterday- all good movies!!!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
OK so I am disillusioned about my skills in cake decorating...i think. I hope I am wrong. I am making KC's birthday cake (his bday is tomorrow) and he has NO IDEA what I am doing. I am making him a cake of his fav video game logo thingie (Metal Gear Solid). This endevor involved making my own fondant and somehow coloring it and making it look like this:
423630foxhoundlogolarge.png
Crazy right??? So far I have a cake cooling (peanut butter and white chocolate chip cookie cake) and 2 big balls of fondant in the fridge. it was a MESS to make, but not too hard. My hands still have shortening on them. I am scared to make it work. I am going to make it in layers with the different colors and cut out from a paper i printed. Here's hopin' it works!!!! If it does I get MANY wife points!
KC's first day of work is today, it's weird not having him on a pc all day so we can chat. He should be home by 7ish so i have time to finish this masterpiece. Tomorrow I am picking him up from work and surprising him with a trip to his fav pub in the city for Ale and yummy food, and Pants will be surprising him with an appearance as well.
OK I have procrastinated enough....off to be come the new ace of cakes...I hope.
I tried to get him the whole set for Christmas but it was sold out everywhere I went. Oh, I must see a picture of you dressed as Mr. Bump ::yes::. He is Jimmy's favorite:lmao:
It's in the attic somewhere, I'll try and remember next time I'm up there :thumbsup2
You know what :rolleyes1 used to mean :rotfl2: Is Germany affected by the ash cloud? How are you? :hug:
I'm sure it'll look great and what on earth is a peanut butter and white chocolate chip cookie cake? Oh and we now get Ace of Cakes here and they're amazing!!!!
I'm really suffering with my hayfever and so is David as I'm snoring loudly all night long :rotfl2: I went and got new pills today but can't start them till tomorrow so fingers crossed. I think I also have a cold or something though as I got back into bed after I ate breakfast and fell asleep for about 2 hours. David just left me and went and did some work :rotfl2: We then went shopping, mainly for carpets (lounge, stairs and hallway) but also looking for a bread maker. Does anyone use one? Any recommendations of models or things I should look out for?
The girls went back to school today and only about 6 teachers were stuck abroad so that's good :thumbsup2
Well bad news about my car !!:scared1:The water pump was fixed no problem but they found an oil pan leak which is also under warranty ! BUT because my mileage from the last time was low they have to have the warranty company inspect it to make sure the mileage isn't being tampered with GEEZ I'm at a disadvantage cuz I don't drive a lot !!!:scared1:
Good news if it isn't fixed tomorrow I get a loaner !!!:thumbsup2
I have spent the day cleaning the kitchen and doing laundry and pairing sox:scared1: Is there a worse job:scared1:I hate it !!!:sad2:
Well I have to go to work for a while ( semi vacation) Don't feel like staying long but will catch up on some things and then have Judy pick me up!!
Chat later !!
Hiya kids!!!!!
Big update:
JO wants to know if breaking a mirror on purpose still gives you 7 years bad luck. They did have some ashy days with the volcano eruption. Jess and she played golf in their first real competition on Sunday.
UM, did you cause the eruption by breaking that mirror???? How did you and Jess do in golf?
LESSA will be done with school for the summer on April 28th. She made a boo-boo on a test that only had 4 questions but she thinks it will all pan out since they take the best out of 5 tests. She got sick when she went to work on Thurs. - dizzy and vomiting. She said when she finally got home she paid the porcelain god one more time and then felt better.
I hope you are still doing better. You've had stellar performance this past few months at school. I'm proud of you!
ROSIE says that Judy had a great day with lots of gifts. Her dad did forget her age, but at least he called. The girls have been applying for work this summer. They tried to get on at an amusement park - no luck.
I'm glad Judy had a fun. I doubt that Doug would be able to tell you how old I am - it's a guy thing. I hope the girls find something.
KAT has been doing some house cleaning with friend as in gettin' things talked out on certain issues. KC's work buddies gave him a nice good-bye dinner. They will miss him. She is going to search for her birth father. They joined a club for theater shows. They get big discounts for a lot of the off- Broadway plays. They went to one on Friday night. She would like to plan a DIS meet for the summer in NYC KC started his new job today.
I'm glad that talking to your friends helped clear the air and your mind. Good luck with the search for your father. I know your head is in the right place. The show discount club sounds great. You love that stuff. If you are going to go to the shows anyway, saving some money is a great idea. I'd love to come to the DISmeet but don't know if I can justify $500 for plane fare. Plus, and I'm not kidding here, I was looking at all the days that I will need to fill in for OT at work this summer. Holy carp, after June I will not have any full weekends off until the beginning of September. Can we say, SUCKS!!!!!
Miz D was nominated for the PTA board. She is not sure if that was a good idea or not. They are very serious. She made BG a new outfit and pillow. She put pics of FB.
Good luck with the PTA. I haven't been back on FB since I signed up. I'm sure the outfit is adorable.
TAZ is a proud grandmom. She has been gone all day about every day. She is having problems with one of her ankles and her trip is only 11 days away. She is having a hard time with her plans since her aunt is coming on board.
I'm so happy that the DGrandson is doing so well. Sorry about your ankle. I hope it is nothing serious. On the CP, I'd just call them that day or the day before and see if they can squeeze one in. I know that Rockie and I actually sat at a booth for 4 at the Beach club breakfast.
JANET says Jimmy has some serious allergy/sinus issues. Jim's aunt stopped in on Saturday so that they could drive her to a birthday party in the city. They had a fun day.
You guys are nice to help our his aunt like that. I imagine it is nuts to drive around in Center City when you are not used to it. We're having lots of pollen related problems here also. I'm not doing too bad, just some swelling of the eyes when I mow. My sinuses haven't been bad at all. :confused3 My co-worker (who was filling in last night) sneezed all night long. I felt so bad for her. BTW a Droid Eras is a fancy phone with all the gadgets.
HEDY got a Droid Eras. She was going to watch an old friend in an off-Broadway show on Sat.
Let us know what you think of the new phone. How did your friend do?
CE says the book sales were outrageous! They were better than in the fall. She said she will be here more often now. She and D went to a silent auction and spent just a little money. Woody has been sick. Because of that and the fact that she has been too busy to go to tennis, she canceled on the last competition for the season.
Yay!!!! on the book sales. That is just awesome. I'm sure that your charm and selling skills came into play. ;) I'm sorry to hear about Woody and your tennis match. I bet you are feeling a bit 'out of whack' not being able to get to tennis as normal.
MO is 31 days from Italy!!! She says she appreciates having a job but it has been nuts and she needs a vacation. She is considering staying at the Swolphin for her Sept. trip.
My friend Rockie would be very jealous of the Italian get-away. She wants to go back so badly. I wish I could have made it over while they lived there. I never had enough time or money. I've always thought that the Swolphin looked beautiful. I also like where it is located. But I'm not an AP person and it is cheaper in the long run for me to go with the WDW packages. Especially if they are running a special.
ANGELA can't get anything done with Mitch around. But she loves it. He will be leaving Monday and won't return until he has leave before he goes to Germany. She has been very busy getting all of her medical needs taken care of because the work insurance will end at the end of the month too.
:hug: I just had my annual. He didn't see anything wrong except for my weight. Big surprise. :rotfl2: They haven't sent me the results of the tests yet, but I'm sure everything is good. I hope all is well with you.
I hope everyone else is doing well that is not in the above list!
%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%
Doug is outside mowing right now. :goodvibes He is doing fine. They have upped his anti-seizure meds again. He has had no seizures since Tue. morn. His attitude is good and I think that counts for a lot.
We sold the Honda to a co-worker/friend of mine. He has decided to teach his oldest daughter, I think she is 19, to drive a stick. :lmao: We sold it to him for $2200. Which is extremely cheap. Blue Book for a 'good' Civic was $2700. But it will need new tires before winter and the front bumper, which hangs very low, is cracked in several areas. It should get another 100,000 miles easy though. I pulled up the cost of a new bumper and it would only cost $150. You can put it on yourself. He is coming tomorrow to give us the money and take it away. It's been a good little car but I don't want to see it sitting around.
I am having lunch with my brother tomorrow. His birthday is this weekend. I have to work. He is going to NYC.:confused3 I don't think he and the new wife are ever home on the weekends. Anyways, I'm giving him a card with the scratch-off lottery tix in it. I'll probably buy his lunch too. Even though he still owes me for cleaning his house. It still hasn't sold yet. :sad2:
Well, it is a beautiful day out and I'm missing it!
I'll try to pop back in and see what you are all up to later.
:hippie:
Woody played outside for bit with our neighbor, but he had been complaining of being cold all morning, and he finally came in and said, "Mommy, I feel hot." He had an ear temp of 103.6. :scared:
:scared1:
How is he now? Poor fella!
Hi Fockers!
Hope all is well!
So speaking of traveling, I am 32 days and counting to my Italy trip. I'm ready to go now.
I would love to go to Italy. Have fun! My sis and her dh went 2 years ago and brought me back Lemoncello. Yummo!
Check out my siggie!
:woohoo:
My trip is in 11 days and I swear I am beginning to dread it.
On the plus side I will be in Disney in 11 days.
Don't dread the DIsney trip!
We are going the last weekend in May/First week of June. I am making dd some outfits. I am going to embroider Chip & Dale (her request) on a shirt I bought from Old Navy. I am almost through with a Mickey outfit (been working on this one for a while now). She also wants me to make her a Darth Vader/Yoda outfit for SWW. Why can't my dd like Princesses more? I'm also going to make her a shirt out of some Tinkerbell/fairies fabric. I might make her a Snow White dress - not sure on that one.
I love having Mitch home, but then I have no time for other things. :rolleyes1 He leaves for good, with maybe a 3-4 day leave before going to Germany although I don't know when that will be, Monday.
Can you go and visit him while he is in Germany?
I am making him a cake of his fav video game logo thingie (Metal Gear Solid). This endevor involved making my own fondant
[/COLOR]
Wow! I tried working with fondant once and could not get it to work right. Sounds like it will be really special for KC. Definitely lots of Wife Points!
I'm really suffering with my hayfever and so is David as I'm snoring loudly all night long :rotfl2:
Tell David if it's so bad, he can just ship you off to WDW for a while.
Doug is outside mowing right now. :goodvibes He is doing fine. They have upped his anti-seizure meds again. He has had no seizures since Tue. morn. His attitude is good and I think that counts for a lot.
Glad Doug is diong better. Hopefully the new meds will be better for him.
Congrats on selling the Honda. :thumbsup2
The PTA called me the day after my "interview" and told me that they want me to be the fundraising chair because I had some good fundraising ideas. I was thinking I should have kept my ideas to myself b/c that sounds like a lot of work, but I talked to one of my friends on the PTA and she said it isn't that bad and actually less work than the Secretary position. They decided they were going to give the Secretary a committee, along with secretary responsibilities, and in charge of the website and updating the website.
I posted on the community board looking for more ideas and got a couple more ideas from them.
My trip is in 11 days and I swear I am beginning to dread it.
:hug:
Hopefully I can stay caught up this week, but definitely I can next week.
Glad you're getting some time with him. :hug:
OK I have procrastinated enough....off to be come the new ace of cakes...I hope.
Good luck. You have my admiration for even trying - I am NOT good at that kind of thing.
Oh no, hope he's a bit better now!
I can't tell - more on that...
The girls went back to school today and only about 6 teachers were stuck abroad so that's good :thumbsup2
That IS good. D found out that, despite him not having to go to Portugal, their plane/crew didn't get out Friday. I don't know if they're still there or not. D says the concern is the ash melting inside the engines and turning to molten glass, which, yes, is a concern. :scared1:
Well bad news about my car !!
I'm sorry, Rosie.
I bet you are feeling a bit 'out of whack' not being able to get to tennis as normal.
Yep. Then add trying to prepare the house for company and the bathroom still torn to pieces... Sigh.
I'll try to pop back in and see what you are all up to later.
Hope you enjoyed your day. Congrats on selling the car!
:scared1:
How is he now? Poor fella!
The bad thing is that he's not feeling "sick" and so I don't know what to let him do/not do. He really wants to go to baseball practice tonight. I would normally say, "If you didn't go to school, you shouldn't go to activities." But, for now, he feels fine and doesn't have a fever, and is getting really, really bored. But I don't want to keep him out late and possibly affect tomorrow's school. And yet there's no reason for Buzz to have to miss out except that D's not home... :confused::headache:
The PTA called me the day after my "interview" and told me that they want me to be the fundraising chair because I had some good fundraising ideas. I was thinking I should have kept my ideas to myself b/c that sounds like a lot of work, but I talked to one of my friends on the PTA and she said it isn't that bad and actually less work than the Secretary position. Yeah, I was nominated for our Fundraising VP and was scared, but it turned out to be not much work at all - less than what I do for Book Fair, for sure. But, I threw the election so that I lost and could continue with the Book Fair - I'm getting smooth and good with it. :rotfl: I would never, ever want to be secretary - you'd have to go to all the meetings... :rolleyes1 :rotfl2:
*********************************************************
So, yeah. I don't know quite what to do. He's fine right now. Buzz brought home his work and he's got most of it done already (there's always a ton more if you're sick because they're still in the stage where they do a lot of stuff in school...) and I hate to have Buzz miss practice for Woody to not really be sick, you know? I don't know if we'll do practices next week because it's our break, so this could be the last practice before games start. :confused:
We had a very quiet day, and he didn't complain until Buzz got home, then he got a little whiny.
But, I need to go get them some dinner, just in case we go. Sigh.
Crazy right??? So far I have a cake cooling (peanut butter and white chocolate chip cookie cake) and 2 big balls of fondant in the fridge. it was a MESS to make, but not too hard. I know what you mean about the hay fever. My husband actually slept on the couch because I was tossing around so much trying to sleep.
I don't have a bread machine but my mom does and she loves it.
Glad that the volcano didn't keep all of the teachers away.
Well bad news about my car !!:scared1:The water pump was fixed no problem but they found an oil pan leak which is also under warranty ! I had a car like that. It drove me crazy but they did give me a dealer car so I got to "test drive" a lot of cards. :lmao: My car would have the same issue with the mileage. I bought it from my aunt and it only had 3400 miles on it. It's 5 y/o now and only has 21,000.
Hiya kids!!!!!
TAZ is a proud grandmom. She has been gone all day about every day. She is having problems with one of her ankles and her trip is only 11 days away. She is having a hard time with her plans since her aunt is coming on board.
:hippie:
I am one proud grandma for sure. He is handling not being the "star" really well too.
I am going to wait until we get down and hope the concierge at the hotel can do something for us. I really don't want to miss the CP.
Congrats on the car and glad Doug is doing OK. You're right attitude does count for a lot.
++++++++++
Well I still don't have any idea what I am doing on my trip. To add to my pressure is my final next week. I am now going to have to get that done before I leave. On the positive side I won't have to study on my down time. :thumbsup2
I may treat my mom and aunt to dinner at the Rose and Crown partly because I can get an ADR there and partly because I have always wanted to try it but my family doesn't. Of course when I told my mom about the restaurant the 1st thing she asked is if they have steak and kidney pie. :eek:
Thankfully they don't or I would be eating at a separate table. :lmao:
Oh well I better get some school work done. Have a good night all.
I'm sure it'll look great and what on earth is a peanut butter and white chocolate chip cookie cake? Oh and we now get Ace of Cakes here and they're amazing!!!!
it started with this: Cookie Cupcakes and then it changed into different chips and then I made the cupcakes into a cake so i could do the design on it!
Hiya kids!!!!!
Man you are good at the updating!!!! :worship: Glad Doug's feeling better! You need to tell your brother to pay to take you to NYC and visit me! LOL we'd have a ball.
Thanks everyone else for the encouragement today!
So about 5 hours later the cake is done. I can't believe how it came out.
I am impressed with myself. LOL. He is finally on his way home now, and will be here in about an hour. I am going to video tape him seeing it, hopefully he doesn't use any bad words and then i can post it here lol.
it started with this: Cookie Cupcakes and then it changed into different chips and then I made the cupcakes into a cake so i could do the design on it!
Man you are good at the updating!!!! :worship: Glad Doug's feeling better! You need to tell your brother to pay to take you to NYC and visit me! LOL we'd have a ball.
Thanks everyone else for the encouragement today!
So about 5 hours later the cake is done. I can't believe how it came out.
That came out really good. I am sure he will love it.
I love having Mitch home, but then I have no time for other things. :rolleyes1 He leaves for good, with maybe a 3-4 day leave before going to Germany although I don't know when that will be, Monday. We're supposed to go to Atlanta this weekend, but since he doesn't have orders yet, we can't get plane tickets. :rolleyes: We also still have insurance until the end of this month through work, so I've been getting all my doctor visits in. Fun, but at least they will be over for the year. Tomorrow I go to the eye doctor, so hopefully I'll get new contacts as well. :thumbsup2
Does that mean you will have NO health insurance while he is deployed:confused3
Anyone see Four Christmases? Stupid. Any good movie recommendations? This is why I watch sports. :cheer2:
Nope, didn't see that one and I am right there with you. Sports or the history channel. Have you ever seen Pawn Stars. Love it! Monday Nights 10pm on the History Channel.:thumbsup2 I also watch Parking Wars on A & E, becasue it is too funny watching them since they are in Philly alot:lmao: Pawn Stars
It's in the attic somewhere, I'll try and remember next time I'm up there :thumbsup2
:cheer2: Bumpity Bump!
You know what :rolleyes1 used to mean :rotfl2:
Come on Jo, you can say it, you are among friends....TRAMPOLINING!
Oh and we now get Ace of Cakes here and they're amazing!!!!
Like that one too, when I catch it!
really suffering with my hayfever
Jimmy too. Hope you are feeling better and the new meds work for you:hug:
but also looking for a bread maker. Does anyone use one? Any recommendations of models or things I should look out for?
I had one, but only used it a few times. Wound up selling it.
Well bad news about my car !!:scared1:The water pump was fixed no problem but they found an oil pan leak which is also under warranty ! BUT because my mileage from the last time was low they have to have the warranty company inspect it to make sure the mileage isn't being tampered with GEEZ I'm at a disadvantage cuz I don't drive a lot !!!:scared1:
That stinks!
You guys are nice to help our his aunt like that. I imagine it is nuts to drive around in Center City when you are not used to it.
She used tolive down here and drive there all the time, but that was at least 15 years ago. Plus she is 76 years old and not quite as sharp as she used to be, if you know what I mean?
%%%%%%%%%%%%%%
Doug is outside mowing right now. :goodvibes He is doing fine. They have upped his anti-seizure meds again. He has had no seizures since Tue. morn. His attitude is good and I think that counts for a lot.
Glad for the good news:hug:
The PTA called me the day after my "interview" and told me that they want me to be the fundraising chair because I had some good fundraising ideas. I was thinking I should have kept my ideas to myself b/c that sounds like a lot of work, but I talked to one of my friends on the PTA and she said it isn't that bad and actually less work than the Secretary position. They decided they were going to give the Secretary a committee, along with secretary responsibilities, and in charge of the website and updating the website.
I posted on the community board looking for more ideas and got a couple more ideas from them.
Fundraising ideas???? Some of the things we do here are bowling parties, Phillies and sixers games. Family NIght at McDonald's. We book with McD's a four hour time block and the school gets a percentage of the profits from that 4 hour block.
But, I need to go get them some dinner, just in case we go. Sigh.
So did you go:confused3
Well I still don't have any idea what I am doing on my trip. .
Don't cancel the ADR, I had the same issue with LeCellier and they sat us no problem. Just tell them that your aunt decided to join you only that morning.
Great job:thumbsup2
+++++++++
Hey all. Just a quick pop in to say :wave2:. Took Jimmy to his OT appointment, cam home, had dinner, did homework, hung outside for a bit and then came in and got Jimmy into to bed. That is done now so I am going to go get ready for bed and watch Pawn Stars.
Have a good night :grouphug:
Well, we went. And, as a bonus, my friend was there, so I ran to Target to get bread for her and dog food for us, so that's done and the dog can be fed tomorrow! :cool1: :rotfl2:
But, yeah, I'm not sure at all about Woody for tomorrow. He did great at baseball, but he's still hovering right around the 100 mark on temp. It's an instant read ear thermometer, which I think tends to read higher - I was always 97.2 on a regular, but I run around 98 on this one - so... :confused3 I don't really consider 99 to be a fever, but once you hit that 100... :sad2:
I'm covered for my match, so that's fine, but I would like to then be free tomorrow - though the Target run tonight makes it much less dire. I did get the dining room cleaned out/up from the Book Fair and bathroom mess that was in there, and I dusted the guest room and cleared out the kitchen counters again. So, I'm getting there - just hope it doesn't all go downhill again before Thursday. :rolleyes:
I've been going around a lot today with a heating pad on my neck, and it's much more mobile, which is good. :thumbsup2
I hope you all have a nice, relaxing evening and I'll "see" you tomorrow! :goodvibes
