Driving causes worse jet lag than jets, in my opinion. I do a lot of long drives (or at least I used to, it's slowing down) and it always leaves me feeling discombobulated.

Thanks guys! I'll do a mini-TR when I find my camera... we were packed so-o-o-o tight coming home that I knew if we hit a bump in Alabama that the car top carrier would spring open and all my underwear would be surfing on the boogie boards down I-65!
But we had a good trip!

FYI though---Florida is H-O-T in August.

I called this morning and the girl said that the system shows that we we did not renew, but bought new passes in December. I have to go to guest relations when I get there, but she said I shouldn't have any problems.

Hello!

Nice tattoo! I have only one - a Pisces symbol, and most people can't see it where it is.

So, I'm excited about a couple of things today!

First, I went to get Buzz some new Crocs as his were just squishing his poor little toes, and then I found these for myself:

The new Alice style - I couldn't believe they had them in stock. I've ordered myself some Primas from ShoeBuy, but I was excited that our local place had the size and color that I wanted. I've had them for about 1 1/2 hours, but so far they are SUPER comfy and cute!

Then, when I got home from shoe buying (Buzz picked lime green, btw...) I found this in my house:

I have counters!!!! Beautiful, lovely, counters!!!!

The installer still has to come back and actually hook up the sink and fix the tiles and the window frame, but I may have a functioning and, if I say so myself, GORGEOUS kitchen by tomorrow night!

It smells like glue in here, though... Perhaps I'd best get myself some fresh air before I end up unintentionally "happy".

That's pretty! Is it a real one?? The girls got Henna ones at the beach but they faded within the week.

MizD--how's it going? Are you adjusting to being at home? When do your kids go back?? (it gets easier then but more running after school!)
